Rich gonzales will take advantage of your emotions and the 500$ he charges to "talk” to him for 10 munutes. i thought after he convinced me to file bankruptcy that it might be a good deal? i was vulnerable emotionally and financially and he was more than aware (craving opportunist) after breezing through his paperwork that he presented and coached i felt good......untill i realized i wasnt going to be able to pay him the other 1410.00 later in the month due to lack of work (1910.00 is his charge, at least toward me) i decided to call (3 or 4 times, and he pretended to miss spell my name and said he didnt know who i was) and ask how much of the 500$ might i get back.......answer "none of its refunable” i was beyond confused on what in the world he/they thought they did for 500$ and of corse his response was something like it was for his time? (he didnt do jack but send me a 500$ letter?) then he said he would have to ask his partner for permission (i recognized very quickly what he was up to) and he didnt know when she would be back, then mentioned a week or so? beware of these attorneys and what ever you do do not over look section #3. on his agreement while he’s "coaching” you through the paperwork? i was horrified and sad to find out that he pushed me right past #3. i allowed him to take advantage of my situation and you better believe me he had no problems doing so, if for whatever reason you decide to deal with this guy make sure you have the full amount up front or he will take whatever you have and run with "his” money, i could go on and on but i think you get the point? good luck and goodbye:
