I purchased an account listed on their site 3 days ago and proceeded to contact them about delivery, they took my money and never replied to any of my mail which was sent to them on their support email. They havent sent a single thing to me yet they were quick to take my money will be reporting it as fraud to my bank.
This is not the first time I have tried to buy a FFXI account online. It's not illegal, just sorta, frowned upon. Anyway, I figured since Gamewar had all of those options (which later I found out don't work) to contact them with I figured it was a legit site. Whenever I bought the account I got three emails automatically, which REALLY made me relieved! Wrong.
I was SO wrong. It said wait up to 72 hours, so I was like, okay, cool. I waited 72 hours....then a week....nothing.... I constantly tried emailing them but it was almost like they deleted their email address! I couldn't contact them!!! I began to panic and saw the Buy Add Ons feature. So I spent the extra $90 to get a hold of them.
Wrong again. The moment I purchased it, I should have known I was going to be screwed. So I went to click one of the priority things.... and it sent me RIGHT back to the buy add ons page!!!!!!! I was so frustrated! Now I am out $300, I'm stressed as hell, and do not have a new character to play on. Go figure.
