Gameloft need to refund money paid for games not working by me Dec 22 ADD A REPLY please delete gameloft programs/ games people invest in there games , i paid over 1.500 usd now and now it not works on 1 phone and 1 tables , you can even read in reviews so bad it is, from many costumers. so warn them , stop let them upload new games before they fix all there old ones, so people not just loose there money. i want refund for all i paid how i do ? and it is more than fair when it not work anymore :-( Today is 25 dec now is soon 1 month world at arms not working :-( and no reply from anybody, i want refund. How hard can it be to reply me. Is it scam or what? This company is located n france (headquarters). They lure people (including innocent kids)to play their on-line "free" games only to make them pay later. In addition they ban players with false accusations and they take away itmes that are won by players during playing these games. This company makes games like (Dungeon Hunter 5) that have several serious issues that cause damage to player's devices (pc's. phones..etc.). This company refuses to refund players any money (although in some cases players had to resort to other measures to get back their money from Gameloft). In addition this company refuses to fix their games that are almost always with lag and crash issues (ask players on FB and other places). I advice anyone now to invest any amount of money in playing any games from Gamelloft and their partners. Play other games please.
Gameloft in reguards to the internet game = World At Arms = they lie and will eagerly take your money but will not compensate you for being harmed after their period of time. Their ""developement team "" keep doing updates that never fixes any player problems,, yet make more and new player problems and refuse to do anything positive about it ! but they will always take your money !!
There should be a class action law suite against them since they will NOT refund your money and they continuelly harm players,, their own words,,, it could be a great game if they would fix problems and learn how to properly code !
