On Saturday, February 3, 2018 I went to Gallery Nails Spa on Glen Oaks Blvd in Burbank to get: my nails done, my face, underarms and legs waxed.
The next day I woke up to painful red burns on my underarms and face and foot. I iced them, thinking it would go away quickly. By Monday, the burns were hurting badly and itching me. I called the Salon, and took pictures with my cell phone of the burns.
The Manager asked for them via text. The Manager, Thanh Nguyen said the only phone they have is his cell phone 323-246-1956 (which is not true). I spent $100 plus a $20 cash tip at the Salon, I have the receipt, which I also texted him.
Thanh said via text the owner will not help or refund me because I have sensitive skin, too bad. I am regular customer. I may have to go to the doctor for the burns under my arms and face.
