Company offers a software program that is basically an automated switchboard for your company. It worked for a few weeks and seemed really good, but server went down in early March without notice. Callers got message about service error and could have put us out of busiess if I didn't have a backup to move my number to. Website noted on March 8 that server was down and being repaired and expected back up in 72 hours. That was a month ago. Tried to put in a support ticket, but their "gotcha" program doesn't work and won't allow problem to be submitted. Put in proper words/numbers and it says they're wrong even though they're correct. Have screen capture showing entry. No way to get help! Program worthless.
