I purchased a 2004 Toyota Highlander in August 2017. Realized later on no heat cause why use heat in the summer right? Brought it to him Jim and he changed thermostat and was going to charge me 80 dollars. I told him you sold us a vehicle with no heat and trying to charge me money for it. He agreed no charge. Again no heat lasted a few weeks intermittent. Found out it’s going to cost 356 for part and not sure how much in labor. This guy buys whatever at the auctions checks nothing and sells the similar vehicles/models for same price regardless of 40,000 more miles or one is a limited higher end and the other isn’t. I called him about no heat and he said it’s not covered. One would think a reputable guy would check such vehicle before purchasing but clearly he doesn’t or gives a s**t!! He is a scammer period. BEWARE of this guy!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! Never deal with this company!! The owners name is James Segrue and they a liars, lazy, disrespectful, cheaters! I bought a 2003 Cadillac Deville and it had some damage on the lower bumper and they told me they would fix it and they did not! They also said that they had to order a part and that it would be in by Friday and it didn't come in until the following week, then had me come in the following week to put it on. When I came back to have the part put back on and I told them that the brakes needed replacing and that it is supposed to be covered by the lemon law the owners punk b**** father told me that if I start quoting the lemon law to him they are going to remove me from the property.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! When they told me they would replace the brakes they said they would charge me $180 which is supposed to be covered by the lemon law! When they did replace the part they left the old part in my back seat! When I came there to look at cars, they allowed me into the shop to look at them, but then when I came there to get the part put on he told me I was not allowed in the shop for insurance reasons!

THEY ARE ALL NICE TO YOU WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL YOU THE CAR, BUT THEN WHEN YOU BRING IT BACK TO THEM TO TRY AND GET SERVICE FROM THE LEMON LAW THEY TOTALLY BLOW YOU OFF TO GET OUT OF REPAIRING IT!

AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY LIKE THEY ARE THE PLAGUE!

liar liar liar

This guy bought a 3000 cady that needed a windows regulator that we agreed to replace. Part was ordered on a thursday on fridays he was screaming that his vehicle was not fixed. I told him we put the part in as soon as it arrived. That was on the next tuesday. He came with an attitude wanting to stand over the technician installing the regulator. Hewas told our insurance does not allow customers in the repair portion of the shop. He proceeded to seat in the middle of the overhead door blocking access. Told to move he threw a fit. After window regulator was fixed he left leaving a pile of garbage in the driveway. He complained to everyone, The attorney general, department of motor vehicles, the better business bureau. Everyone found he had not cause of action and his complaints were dismissed. So now he posting and reposting the same complaint over and over. that what wrong with the internet. it allows nameless people the bad mouth hard working people
