DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are a husband and wife team of scam artists. They will lie to you; cheat you; and steal from you. Jamey (the wife) is the office manager/owner and she will talk at you and may or may not give you an estimate. If she thinks that they can take advantage of you, then she will provide you an estimate. They will tell you that they have a 10-year warranty. It’s crap! They never honor their warranty. Instead, they will claim that the customer did not follow their instructions and somehow shift the blame to the customer. I saw this happen quite often.
Greg is the husband/owner/project manager of the two scammers. He would prefer not to talk to anyone at all. He runs the crew and will upsell you on crack or leak repairs that are not needed. I worked for them for 3 months and saw, first-hand, how badly they treat people and lie about their quality of service. I am still in touch with some of their clients who are livid about the poor quality of work and service response from this team of greedy, arrogant cheats.
Yes, they cheated me too. I sold 6 contracts totaling over $169,502.00 that they refused to pay me on. Although I gave them signed contracts and the jobs were scheduled, their reasoning for not paying me: “we don’t have to pay you because we have not started the work yet”. They intentionally planned to rip me off. They have no business ethics and no Christian morals. I feel sorry for them and pray for their children.
