I also ordered a pair of detroit lions shoes for my husband back in April. I contacted the company who stated that the shoes were special order and would be on their way in about 3-4 weeks. I tried contacting the company again, no respones to my emails or phone calls. My order number is R1929828054 is there a way to get money back for these since I have never recieved them? I have also contacted the bank to see what could be done.

Inquired on how to return and get the right size. They told me by email to send shipping payment to [email protected] in order to re send me the correct size. I didnt send anymore money. I did return the shoes to the address sent to me in an email.
The cost to return the shoes was $20. cdn. I emailed them notifying them that I hade returned the shoes and attached a copy of my receipt dated Apr. 19/15, with their address on it.
I have sent several emails inquiring about my return and when the correct sized item will be mailed. Have not received any replies.
I try to go on their web site and it says cant access this site, error, reload page.

May 12, 2015: Ordered and paid for a sweatshirt on May 12,2015 - paid with a credit card money was deducted same day.
June 23, 2015: Follow-up E-mail from FRYES.COM stating they hit their goal, order is being processed and will be producing the sweatshirts within 4-5 business days
As of August 12, 2015 no order has arrived nor E-mail regarding delay. Tried contacting them twice after this with no response. order # R4442000885
Back in may 2015, i ordered a pink floyd hoodie which i had seen in an advertisement on facebook. It was for a bidding site, in which the number had to reach a certain amount of bidders in order to get printed. It reached its goal and everyone was charged $34.97 ($43.47 fyvesadvert on credit card statement).
After 2 weeks, nothing arrived in the mail so i emailed the company on june 8 2015 and received a response that said:
Hi there,
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience in getting this order to you on time. Let me raise the tip of the veil a bit so you know what has gone on on our end. Like you, i really really don’t like these holdups as having happy buyers is incredibly important to me and our business.
While your order was in the queue, we’ve had to implement a new route for shipping in order to avoid overloading our local postal service. Since 2010, fyves has shown a month over month growth since its inception and unfortunately the postal service was not able to keep up and we had to find an emergency solution. We found our solution in using our neighbour, germany, for the excess shipments which included yours.
Your package was only recently shipped out by them, so receiving your item can unfortunately take up to 14 business days more. Please rest assured that i’m here if you require any further assistance. I realise that i can’t make this up to you easily, but i do hope you’ll absolutely love your order once it arrives.

All of june went by. All of july went by. Still nothing in the mail for august so far. Nothing ever came in the mail nor did i even get a courtesy email asking if i received the product. I sent another email on august 1st. It is now august 6th and there has not been a response.
I really want nothing to do with this company anymore. I don't want the product anymore. I just want my money back.
This company is from europe and is not to be trusted by people in the united states.
Never do business with them. They are only after stealing your money and pretending to make shirts and other products. I should have researched the company before making my purchase. Hopefully no one has to ever deal with this company and puts them out of business so they cannot scam others.
I ordered custom Converse high tops months ago and have yet to receive them or have anyone even respond to my requests for an update on my order. This company is a scam and there needs to be a way to have them shut down. If anyone has any information on how to take this company down I would love to hear it.
