On 10/21/15 i swicthed to houghs net i really wasent happy with them. on 12/10/15 sales rep. ross crawley came out to our house and stated that he could give me a better deal on cousts and a better internet service as i told him that i was with houghs net so he stated that he would check in on the my service with houghs net and see what he could do for me. a little while later he came back and said he had talked with his company and that there would be no problum with switchen to exede part of future vision and he would take of every thing. A couple mounths go by and i cant figer out why houghs net hasent sent me the boxes to send there equepment back. well by saprize when i called houghs net account num dss33430674 thay went on to tell me that i had called them and told them that i was moving and that i had requested for a six mounth exthen and i never did call them. it was ross crawley who had called them. so asked if thay had recorded it and thay said all calls were recorded i asked the repracentive if thay had the number that it was called in and thay gave me ross crawleys num 989-312-1002 and thay went on to say that if i dident hook back there service that i would be fined four hundred dollers. i relly could not beleave what he had done to me so i called exede-future vision 02/18/16 and asked for ross crawley. the lady asked me what it was pertaing to so i told her she told me that he did not work for them any more. at this time she put me therw to sales mannager mike gainfourth he told me that thay fired him for some of the same stuff that he had done to me. he then went on to tell me that he was going to have one of his girls get right on it and that he would call me back the next day at 9 oclock. so the next day came and he never called when he said he would so at 3p.m. i called him and he hadent found any thing so he said give me a few days to figure out some thing so i said fine. well three days go by still nothing so i had to call him agen he would not anser the phone so i left him three messages he still did not re turn my calls. i finnaly called hes secratary and he gets on the phone and said i thought you were going to call me at nine oclock i told him i did but he woulent anser his phone or his messages he said he did not get them?? by now i realy feel like there is some thing going on!! so now he tells me that his boss is on vacation and wont be back till monday now this has been going on since 02/18/16 but im trying to be pashant with him but he tells me soon as his boss gets back thay will fegure out somthing well like always he dosent return any calls i finnaley just got feed up with them and had houghs net hooked back up wich cost me one hundred and twinty five dollers
So now i called mike gainfourth back up and told him i was feed up with what was going on he wasent providing me with any anssers so i told him i was hooking back up to houghs net and he says so i ges you dont what me to try to fegure out how you dont have to pay the full amonnt to houghs net be cause im not paying for it so i told him it waS ENOUGH and he said heres a number for you to cancel 989-607-0929. so now im with exede now thay did not know any thing about ross crawley. she told me that there was no report done on him but she takes down my statment and files a report and she agreed with me that what he had done was or!! should be a breach of contract. now she tells me that she could not make the dishion on weather or ont that i should be let go of the agree ment so she calls some one and explans it to them and come back to me.
Now heres the real chacher ... she said that thay were not responsable for there sales reps and i would have to pay them 320.00 my account num or customer code with exede is403761339 im sapose to call them back tomarow to find out on the ticket num 18771388 to see what thay are going to do i realy could not beleave that thay told me that i thuught that if your a rep for a company that the company stand be hind you but in this case if you mess up we dont know you is this realy what this world is coming to when you dont trust any one and i do meen any one i realy do hope that you can help me every time i turn around im paying out more for having a coumputer i realy dont like them but if you need some thing you have to have one
