We ordered a couch in April 2017, to be delivered on 4/28. The original couch arrived with water damage and a new couch was ordered to be delivered in 2-4 weeks.
It's 06/23/17 and we still have not received our couch.
Any attempt to call or email for a status update is ignored. I have had to physically go to the store just to follow up. Their weekly promises on delivery have not been met time and time again, and they can't even call you to let you know that the delivery will not be coming. We chose this store based on cost. I would recommend paying a couple hundred dollars than to waste your time with furniture to love. Worst buying experience ever!!! Buyer Beware!
