UPDATE: AS OF 1:45 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME..I CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO CHECK AND SEE IF ELISA HAD SPOKE WITH THE VP. HE APPROVED MY REFUND BUT (OF COURSE) ID HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CHECK TO COME IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. I THINK NOT. WAIT THERE'S MORE... SHE EVEN ASKED ME TO TAKE DOWN MY GOOGLE REVIEW! ABSOLUTELY NOT! I WANT MY REFUND RIGHT NOW! Terrible.

Been waiting on furniture for a month. Been calling for weeks to only be told "its coming". I called corporate and they said it was on back order. Smh. So i contacted the better business bureau. Lets play ! I visited this "establishment" on Feb 19, 2019 and found two super cute pink twin size beds and a mattress set. The prices were extremely good ( too good to be true). I went to check out and was informed that it would be 10-14 business days.

Never heard of a furniture store taking that long...but whatever. On the 11th day I called just to check the status of my order. I was told that it was not in yet. I called the next week and was told the same thing. I called the next week and was told the same thing. I called last week and was told that many customers were upset because their orders had been sent to the wrong warehouse and that she would be calling everyone on Saturday with their orders to deliver.

On Saturday 3/23/19 i did not get a call. At this point I am livid. I called the store this morning to see where my furniture for my beautiful 4 and 2 year old daughters were at. My sales person checked the back only to say " Ms.Hunt its not in yet" no apology or anything. I said well what am i supposed to do? She gave me corporate's number. I called corporate and they informed me that the beds are on back order. Mind you nobody told me that at the store, nobody told me that the countless times I called.

Im more than upset. Corporate asked me if i wanted a store credit. HELL NO. for what? So I can wait another month for that furniture too? I think not. She also offered me something off of the floor...umm no. Just give me my money back so i can go to a more respectable and better business. I called the sorry excuse for a business back to ask them why i wasnt informed that the beds were on back order... the woman said " its on back order" well no sh*t Sherlock. thats obvious. no apology no nothing. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING VERY SOON!!! I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ON ALL ACCOUNTS.
