I ordered 4 electric bikes from Kami Sports through the alibaba website. I was quoted $750 per bike plus $170 for shipping to my door. After I paid the amount requested they supposively shipped the items. That was back in October. Since then they have continued to ask for different fees, every time guaranteeing my delivery. They also claimed there was a mistake when shipping my items and 4 extra bikes were added to the shipment which they made me pay extra fees for as well even though it wasn't my mistake but just their way of being able to get more money out of me.
The last time I paid the fee they generated a letter stamped with a signature saying this was the last fee required and if they don't follow through they will be suject to legal action. I paid the fee falling into their scam once again and now they have disappeared even the whatsapp number we had been communicating on has been deleted.
I created a dispute through alibaba and they found Kami Sports at fault and froze their account so they won't be able to do business or promote their items through alibaba until this gets resolved. I'm not sure it ever will or that I will ever be able to find them to take legal action.
I intend to file a complaintS) with the california attorney generals office, the secretary of state, and other state governments pertinent to my case... Fun bike center is the worst place i've ever done business with and in my opinion, they should have their licenseS) revoked or suspended.
I have in good faith tried to reach a fair and equitable settlement with them to no avail...I suggest others that have not been able to resolve honest and sincere disputes with them to contact city and state government officials such as california attorney general, better business bureau, california franchise board and pursue action against any unethical and illegal and misleading statements and transactions of this firm and its owner/management team necessary.
I bought a used jetski, Sea Doo RXT-X on 4/15/17 from Fun Bike Center(FBC). I initially talked with Scott, the sales mgr, asked about the engine hrs, mechanical condition, and if I could test ride it. He said they don't allow test rides of jet skis, assured me the mechanics had test rode it and done compression checks and everything mechanically checked out. We worked a deal via email and agreed I would come on the weekend to sign paperwork and pickup the ski. I arrived around 3pm and didn't get out of the delearship til after 6pm.
During the walkaround of the jet ski the LCD display didn't work, so they agreed to order the part and replace it. I also found one of the trailer lights was out, after the salesman Tony and I worked on the taillight, we were able to get it to light up but still not fully functional. They also said, if I found anything else wrong over the weekend to let them know and they would fix it(verbal warranty). The next week after the LCD repair was done I test rode the ski and had an oil warning light and code P1520 come up on LCD, along with the LCD display still not working. I did some online research and found that the code points to the oil pressure switch being bad, and that the code displayed on the LCD was due to the new display not having the updated software flashed before install. I relayed this information to the service dept. Mgr Tim and they said they would troubleshoot it.
After 2 weeks of being in the shop, I was told it was repaired. Took it out for a test adn oil ight and code popped again, as well as speedometer was displaying speed, not was the compass or water temp guage working, so back to the shop again. Since the purchase date I have had to take the ski back to Fun Bike Center 5 times for continuous troubleshooting of the LCD and oil pressure sensor code. Numerous times while in the shop when I would call for status I was told by Tim or service desk that the ski was repaired but they had no driver's to water test it as the drivers were out delivering other peoples motorcycles, ATV's, etc. i even offered to bring my car and take it to the water for a test and they said no they would test it the following day.
About a month a go when I was fed up with service, I told them I wanted to return the ski for a refund of 6K, which my out the door price with TTL was 7K, so I'm already out a 1K, I would buy a new ski from them for 8500 and they apply the 6K to the purchase price. I was told by salesman Tony, the FBC was only going to give me 52oo for my ski since they didn't know how much more money they would have to put into the ski to fix it properly. Then a couple weeks later they finally took my initial advice of replacing the oil pressure sensor, oil pressure switch, and reflash the LCD display properly. My ski was finally fixed right 3.5 months later. I will never do business with Fun Bike Center(FBC) again.
I purchased 2 jet skis and a trailer. I also bought extended warranty's for both . After 2 months I decided I did not need or want the warranty's, so I called FBC and asked them to cancel them , as the Law and contract allows. They said come down and fill out papoers and my refund would be on the way. After waiting 10 weeks and still no refund, I called them and they said (Jay) I would not get my refund back. I called and left message with Melo, the general maneger, but he never called back, This dealer is a Rip off. I will be taking Fun Bike Center to Court.

I ordered a 4wheeler off funbikes.com they took the money out of my account and I never received the 4wheeler
I ordered 5 Quad Bikes from vipfunbike.com on December, 1st 2017, an cannot contact these people, or will they reply to my email!
I did tell them i couldn't remember my password to log in an they sent me another one!
I cannot Track the order as well, it said they would ship it Best Way, no way can I find it at Best Way1
