I am receiving merchandise that I have not ordered and am being charged for these on my credit card. The company name on the package is Fullfillment Center. I am not sure if this is the real company name or some sort of warehouse that ships merchandise for various companies. I tried to call this company and had trouble getting a person to talk to. When I finally reached a person I was not told anything and that they would have to call me back.
I received an email this afternoon and it looks like another packge has been shipped to me. I have a dispute filed with my credit card company about these charges on my credit card. I cancelled my credit card and they are going to issue me a new one.
This all started when I saw an ad advertising some sort of vitamins to give you more energy. I decided to give this a try and allowed them to send me a sample for approx $5.00. Now they are sending monthly supplies and billing my credit card.
CALLED 4/15 TO CANCEL HYDRA LIFE SERUM & HYDRA LIFE EYE CREAM. I WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL....I CALLED BACK ON 4/29 TALKED TO FEMALE - ASKED TO TALK TO SUPERVISOR - SHE SAID HE WASN'T THERE HE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN THREE HOURS. HE NEVER CALLED. I CALLED BACK ON 4/30 AND SPOKE TO ETHAN, AFTER TELLING HIM MY COMPLAINT, HE TOLD ME TO HOLD ON.
WHEN HE CAME BACK HE TOLD ME HE HAD CONFIRMATION THAT PRODUCTS WERE DELIVERED ON THE 2ND-13 DAYS UNTIL I CALLED ON 4/15. AT THAT TIME HE TOLD ME THAT THEY ONLY GAVE A 10 DAY TRIAL. I TOLD HIM I HAD A 14 DAY TRIAL.
I ASKED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR-AFTER HOLDING ON FOR 6 MINUTES I WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK IN 1 OR 2 DAYS AND MAYBE I'D BE ABLE TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR. I BEGAN TO TELL HIM I WANTED THOSE CHARGES REMOVED....HE HUNG UP ON ME.
I did a survey for Amazon,and for doing this survey I was getting a flashlight for just the cost of shipping which was 4.95 dollars.A few days later I received the flashlight,so I happened to look in my bank account,and they debited my account for 49.95 dollars,without my permission. This was nothing but a fraud and a total scam.

Cost to my credit card $89.00 and $87.00 for the two bottles I did not order. I called them at 888-672-2884 and was told my subscription is now canceled since I called and a %75 refund to my credit card in 5-10 days. We'll see. This is such a ripoff!!
On 2/20/2017, I read an ad for face cream and eye cream on Facebook. I ordered trial order for modest S & H charge of $4.95 each.
I did not like sample product but 2 weeks later was billed for full price for the two "free" trial products $149.90 received (3/6/17). On the following month I was charged again for a shipment of full size products ($149.90) which I refused to accept and immediately returned to sender.
On 4/11/2017 I mailed proucts back to vendor which were never ordered and insured mail receipt indicated products were received by vendor on 4/13/2017.
The company phone numbers shown on my credit card statement are 866-349-9217 and 866 760- 9133. I called the numbers numerous times and wad told they never received the products returned evn though I had proof from the Postal Service that they were received on 4/13/2017 in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Need help in recovering my $299.80. My husband and myself are retired and living on Social Security and cannot afford this kind of rip off. Please advise.
Ordered the cream and they never sent another one but I was billed for two a month at almost $100 each! I finally got some of the money credited to my account, but they are a rip off for sure! They even do this under different names! They assured me I wouldn't be billed continuously, but I was.

I made 2 calls and both times, I was just told what was scripted for them and then they hung up. I asked both times for an address to send a letter to the actual person who is at the head of these companies. I was never given an address, but was just told, it is done, get over it and enjoy their product. That was it!!! NO. I feel I was very misled, told I gave them permission to bill my card, that it was my fault. These companies are preying on people such as myself, that feel their product would be good. I am so darned mad. I worked hard for my money. If I wanted to keep these charges from applying, I would have to cancel my account and wait 10 days for another one. I got paid yesterday, and need my money today. I have no choice. They got their money, I got nothing per se. I really have nothing good to say about these pills that have made no difference in my life and I have been taking 2 of each faithfully each day.
I was on FB when I seen an add for wrinkle cream, said it was on Dr.OZ show. That he only sold it to Celebrity's now it's been made affordable for the public, So I clicked on it.
They showed pictures of different women before & after. They offered a Trail size for 5 dollars including shipping. I used my credit card which they asked for ( stupid)
They charged my credit card 5 dollars the first month OK .Then the second month charged I think 24 dollars 3rd 69 dollars (what) I called told them they best not charge my card anymore I wanted my money back.

On April 13, 2016 I order free trial of GARCINIA CAMBOGIA 30 DAY SUPPLY with 2 bottles of medicine. On Facebook, they said that it is free trial, I only pay S$H $4.95.

Obviously a scam and I am going to reverse the charges and tell my bank to not approve another charge from them!! I will also cnotinue to try to find a way to contact them and will contact the attorney general for my state and complain to them!
