I ordered flowers to be delivered the next day, they were not delivered. I called customer service and they said they did not get authorization from the bank, I said it wasn't a bank it was a credit card, she just kept saying they did not receive authorization and I would not be charged.
The next day I checked my credit card and I was charged the day I placed the order so I called customer service again and they said the order was cancelled due to they had no florists. I told her I was told the day before it was due to not having bank authorization and she said no it was because they had no florists and I would get a refund.
If they don't have a florist in a certain zip code they should not be taking the order and charging you for something they know they can't deliver. Still waiting for my refund.
