Scam organization that hires unsuspecting financial brokers with an attractive salary and performance commission structure to offer Term Loans to businesses. On the surface they seem very organized – they have a nice website and a sales/admin staff. They have morning meetings and provide many leads.
The problems appear upon closer scrutiny. Their corporate address is an office building and yet they have no suite number. They never answer the phone. They charge their prospective clients upfront fees and yet they never seem to actually fund.
I worked for three weeks and it was suggested that my 1st check would be e-banked on the 30th. I was told that I would have a call form the GM to go payment and to explain how the various layers of performance-based compensation would be applied.
Prior to that call – which is customary, I never received an email detailing my pay. I have never worked for a firm where my pay was not disclosed days before the distribution. In addition, at the time of the scheduled call I received an email indicating that they were very busy and that the call would be delayed. I never received the call.
The next day they contacted me to start my Saturday shift and were shocked to discover that I had not been paid. After pressing they suggested that an ACH could take several days. When I asked them for administrative proof that the payment had been sent they replied that the office was closed.
After several emails expressing my frustration she suggested that I had threatened her with physical harm and closed my corporate email account.
If you are a business stay clear of this Company – if you are a broker seeking employment – RUN.
