As a victim of domestic violence I needed an alarm system and unfortunately fell for the hyp of Front Point. I told them my bars on my iPhone were low but they insisted it would work. It didn't. Originally they sent me a terminal with wires hanging out so they stall you and send you another terminal with wires hanging out! The sensors they give you are absolute junk and they stick to your doors and windows and damage them so when you take them off- you damage your doors and pull the paint off. I was told a 90 year old woman could install their system where as me and my friend spent 3 days trying to get these system to work. I didn't want to ruin more doors and windows so I had to leave these hideous sensors up. They charged my credit card the full amount. I am in a terrible personal situation and didn't have 477.00 to lose on a useless piece of crap. They offered to pay a carpenter to pay the repais but I am still out for the unit. I don't trust this company at all.
In the end I recommend getting a local company that spends the time (5 hours) to properly install a working alarm system that provides you with "State of the Art" equipment. The new one I bought costs less and looks modern and even talks to you- versus the hunk of junk Front Point offers. Plus it was works- better monthly rates and for the equipment is awesome, sleek design. It doesn't rely on your cell phone.
I can't believe this company exists compared to competition out there. So for sensors that costs a fortune to repair and can't be re used I am out 477.00 plus all of this aggravation. They lie, lie and lie. I was under the impression they would credit me back when I paid a carpenter to remove sesnsors but no they offer to pay carpenter for their junk that ruined my doors and I don't trust a word they say. I will warn others including the Federal Government.
Please don't buy their junk! I had to learn the hard way.
