I called at 10 am to purchase kid rock tickets when they went onsale this morning. I was online purchasing them at the same time as well. I called hoping they could help me because I was frustrated with the site. Tickets had just gone on sale, and I wanted to make sure I got two of the best seats. I called FrontRowTickets.com. I told the guy that I wanted the best $118 ticket that he had, which were supposed to be front row. He tells me hes got one in Section 4 Row C Seat 15 and 16. Well then when he finalized the sale, he switched the tickets to SECTION 16 ROW S! NOSEBLEED CENTRAL, and charged me $150 a ticket.
The tickets I was supposed to get were $118 plus fees. These two nosebleeds came out to $320. I also bought 4 tickets off a different site and paid $389, and they were 15 rows closer! They clearly scammed me! I called back right away when I got my email. Then I called back again because the good seats were dissappearing fast, and I wanted to make sure I could get my tickets switched. Well when I call back, they pulled the tapes. and told me I agreed to that section.
First off your selling me something over the phone. You offered me section 4, which I agreed to, and said I wanted those tickets. Then when they finalized the sale, they switched them, and said I agreed to it. Why would I agree to something different when I just said I wanted the others? They lied to me on the phone, and said that I was told that there were no seats available in section 4 for 118. They scammed me, they frauded me, they offered me front row seats and threw me in the nosebleeds and sold me seats I could have bought myself for $38!
I paid $150 for $38 seats unknowingly and unwillingly and they refused to do anything about it. I am absolutely furious and I want to make sure everyone knows and does not buy tickets from them. They are just a reseller of tickets, they can not offer you any better tickets then anyone else. I wonder how many others they have done this to, that didn't notice it till they got to the concert! If I knew at all what they were doing to me I would not have spent a single penny with them! I am filing a dispute with my credit card.
