I had purchase internet marketing servicing from Marc Marseille of Front Page Vip back on July 20th.
We agreed he would create a landing page,marketing campaign, post ads on Facebook and monitor the ads ensuring a positive ROI. Mr. Marseille assured me he could generate plenty of leads for me for as little as $5/per lead.
He spent $359.15 on ad spend and only generated 2 leads (one wasn't viable as it didn't have an address and the number was no good). We had been in communication regularly and he kept reassuring me that he was getting clicks and things were going to turn around.
I thought about and figured well if my Marketer doesn't have my services that maybe why he's having a challenge with attracting and generating leads. So I reached out to him about this and asked him to buy some of my services i.e. life insurance, Legalshield and IDshield plans because how could we expect prospects to buy if he didn't have the services himself. Plus I told him if he still wasnt able to generate leads at least the commissions i would have earned from his purchases would have made up for the lack of leads received and then we could part as friends. He declined those offers as an amicable solution.
So, after almost three months of going back and forth on how to best tweak the campaigns and get the leads coming in I reached out to him again on Sept 24th and told him it just wasn't working out as he had promised and sense he had no interest purchasing any of my products as a way to make me whole we needed to come to some sort of agree of a refund. He advised me of the $359.15 already spent as evidenced by his email. I then proposed that we split the remaining balance of the $1000 ($640) I gave him, both us retaining $320 each to which he agreed to do as evidence by our text messages.
Last text message I received from him on Sept 29th he stated he it would be Tuesday and that he had initiated a deposit to his Paypal and once the funds were uploaded he would payback the $320 to me per our agreement. When I reached out to him again this past Thursday and I got no response. I also opened up a dispute with Paypal on October 12th, since that was the method to which I paid him. Paypal has initially ruled in his favor but as of today I have filled an appeal with them. I have made them aware that I was contactied my Law Firm as well.
