Frisco ISD Schools Reviews

This truthful opinion based complaint is a matter of public concern related to community well-being, civic engagement, and is based on my personal experiences with Jim Wirwahn. Several years ago Mr. Jim Wirwahn was my government teacher when I was a senior at Frisco High School. I am an ethnic minority and during his class I believe that I was subjected to antagonistic prejudicial profiling in which I was interrogated with multiple fallacious loaded questions and gish gallop in front of my classmates. From my viewpoint he made several stubborn attempts to coerce or compel self-incriminating testimony which was going to be given to federal investigators. From my understanding at that specific time I was not under a federal investigation. However, classmates at that time named Caitlin Fieszel and Branden Twist made false accusations against me to school officials and to federal investigators which administrators did not believe which is why I was not expelled from the school. Equally important to note is that there was no evidence except for malicious gossip and rampant demagoguery. Furthermore, Fieszel and Twist incited a spiteful mobbing and smear campaign against me which resulted in me being lowered in the estimation of the community, my reputation and integrity was maliciously and redundantly called into question, and I was victim of painful physical bullying, verbal abuse, civil unrest, and scorn.

Furthermore, I was victim of disorderly jeering at my graduation ceremony. The school officials did not believe the outrageous false accusations yet they seemed to permit Mr. Jim Wirwahn's ongoing prejudicial profiling and baiting against me. On several embarrassing occasions Mr. Wirwahn wrongfully and boorishly searched through my backpack and pockets looking for matches. He also opened up my bottle of water to smell it. I felt deeply humiliated, offended, and scorned in front of my classmates. He also documented everything that I was saying and reporting it to authorities. Unfortunately, everything reported was later wrongfully put in my background check as a pending case. I believe I was blacklisted.

A classmate named Niki Hall (now known as Niki Isenhart) wrongfully called the school police officer on me and insisted that Mr. Wirwahn document everything that I was doing. She also engaged in fearmongering by stating that there may be a bomb in my backpack. Mr. Wirwahn continued to do humiliating searches and he continued to harass me with interrogative loaded questions. During that time I believed that I was harassed and discriminated against.

From my viewpoint I believe Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq. From my viewpoint I believe that my due process rights which are the 4th and 5th amendments were violated. From my viewpoint I believed there was a conspiracy against rights and a frame-up aimed against me. After graduation federal investigators conducted an extremely unfair investigation against me which I believed to be a malicious prosecution which is a dignity tort. The prejudicial federal investigation escalated to the point where a federal prosecutor evaluated the travesty of justice much closer and decided not to make an arrest probably because of insufficient evidence. Ultimately, I was not arrested and I did not have to expunge anything; however, I still believe that I was victim of malicious prosecution, defamation, attempted blacklisting, an escalating smear campaign that vilified me, and vigilante based stalking, surveillance, and harassment known as gang stalking. I felt unsafe in the community because of the aforementioned provocateurs. From my viewpoint I believe the aforementioned provocateurs wanted to harm me and put my future in jeopardy.
