NEVER HIRE TERRY GILBERT of Friedman Domiano & Smith!!!!.and DONT GIVE HIM A CHECK NOR CASH NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO IN YOUR LIFE!! A HORRIBLE RIPOFF ATTORNEY.!!!! Dont ever give money, do business or call Terry Gilbert of Friedman Domiano & Smith. in Cleveland ohio. I am a former Corrections Officer with County Sheriffs Dept in Cleveland and U.S.Army veteran and my experience with Mr Terry Gilbert of FD & Smith was the worst attorney experience in my life!!! I was illegal "entrapped" by my supervisors as I worked as a Corrections Officer a few years ago. An Inmate Robert Thomas sat at my desk with a wire on and marked bills trying to git me to bring illegal contraband into the jail. I told this inmate NO a hundred times but because my Supervisors set the whole thing up...the Inmate along with his girlfriend continued calling me and pressuring me with a $200 for couple cigarettes trick which i eventually fell for because "the girl" sweetalked me into it after she couldn't git me to bring cigarettes into the jail. This was the County Corrections Center in Cleveland Ohio. I was arrested, fired, charged with a felony, sent to prison and humiliated. "Classic Entrapment" Also barred from employment for life. On 6.19.2017 I went to Terry Gilbert of Friedman Domiano an Smith and was greeted by Mr. Gilbert whom was a complete jerk!!!! My Gilbert laughed at me as if it were a joke and was SO rude an unprofessional!!! I had been falsely imprisoned, arrested and terminated from a good job and Terry Gilbert of Freidman Domiano & Smith could only laugh at me and "spit in my face" This was the worse thing that EVER happened to me in my life and Attorney Terry Gilbert just laughed at me!!!? After laughing in my face this Attorney "threw" my motions that i worked so hard on back in my face,scolded me and embarrassed me then just walked out the office as if I were invisible. What an a*****e &"idiot" Terry Gilbert is. I was SO hurt. Mr. Terry Gilbert will be "dispared" as an Attorney in Ohio and U.S.army veteran Calvin Thompson will make every effort to have Freidman Domiano & Smith "downtown Cleveland Ohio office "closed" in September 2017.
