This wholly unscrupulous company ropes consumers in with a $1 free sample. I am told that somewhere, in very fine print, is an agreement to a subscription with the sample, but the nearly 200 BBB complaints say this is note "clearly stated" as they claim. They will not stop the subscription and will say "Too late, it's already been sent out!"
They expect customers to pay $18-20 in shipping for something they never wanted. The only way to get rid of the subscription is to have your credit card company block them from continuing to charge you. Oftentimes products are never delivered but they lie and keep your money. I have been fighting to get my $70--yes, that's for SOAP--for months through my credit card, the BBB, social media, anywhere.
I probably won't ever get it, but I can try to prevent others from getting ripped off!
