I don’t want to report each and every fraud I know that Tamila Khayrullaeva has done, although there are plenty, to remain anonymous. However, the latest update of her is that she and her current boyfriend defrauding people of Canada by claiming that they’re raising funds and the money will go for children’s health charity. This is one out of hundreds of unethical ways of marketing their franchise line called Freshslice pizza.

I heard from many people that Ray Russel (owner of the freshslice) is a big scammer. He doesn’t pay money to people when it’s due, employees don’t get paid on time (or sometimes never) because many of them are employed illegally hence may not be aware of labor commissioner regulations where they could report the labor abuse and get paid even more. I heard many times from people saying don’t give money to Ray. Or Ray always sends unfresh, old dow that franchises have difficulty to ROI with or some sell it anyway because consumers can’t tell it was fowl when it’s baked.

Tamila Khayrullaeva is venturing along with Ray, as an accountant in the company to bring more profits for them both by not paying the employees. The more she doesn’t pay the more Ray will pocket which of course will directly benefit her.

The reason why she’s known as a “Sneaky Gold Digger” is because she has been hunting for a cash cow like Ray for as long as I know her, since 2011. But she does it in a way that her victims like Ray will never find out she’s after their wealth only, by convincing them that she’s soft, fragile and shy, (with very plausible facial & body gestures) and don’t want anyone’s affluence. She can do it so well, nobody can detect her lying.

Sometimes it’s a good skill to have for many of us ladies. The other time it’s not fair for most men.

If you’re a victim of labor abuse either by Tamila or Ray, now you know why and what to do.

I used to be a delivery guy for this company. I got fired because I couldn’t let them take advantage of me. And didn’t get paid for my last two weeks of work. However, I’m here to share what’s really going on inside the company and throughout the entire franchise chain.

The owner of the business, Ray Russell condones illegal immigrants to work for him for low salary and sometimes doesn’t pay them; especially when they’re fired. Even legal employees sometimes don’t get paid. Many times restaurants receive either expired or perished (not to mention the cheapest) ingredients that franchises have to use to make profits.

They can’t return it for an exchange, the blame will be on them (and the money burned) for food going bad. Majority of employees don’t wash their hands and their kitchens most of the time are very untidy except during inspections.

Don’t get me wrong, to many, the pizza DOES taste good on the first try without being informed of how they really operate. We’re the type of creatures that love baked things. Most who complain that it tasted weird or unfresh don’t even get sick in my opinion, maybe just an upset stomach or diarrhea (as reported), but not seriously sick to raise a red flag; otherwise Freshslice Pizza would rapidly cease to exist. Consider that you just ate, but instead of receiving a nutritional value which would be a step forward, you’re making at least couple of steps backwards. It won’t kill you, but why invest in it?

My old co-worker invited me to this site to read his complaint and post my opinion. I don't want to post my opinion for safety reasons. But I 100% agree with his complaint. It's best to stay away from Freshslice pizzas and don't work for them even if you're desperate. The owner's name is not Ray. It's Behrooz, he's from Iran.

Behrooz takes advantage of immigrants. I was one of them, unfortunately. But this is how I learned my lesson to read reviews and complaints online prior to running a franchise branch.
