The owners, "Haddad" who barely can speak English are complicit with their employees in extorting money under the table from travelers who are broken down.

Do not let them touch your vehicles., in the process of towing your vehicle they will undoubtedly damage it. Then they will claim no liability.
Freeway towing will attempt to extort further monies from you. After your vehicle is connected to their truck, they then will demand cash payments claiming that aaa will not cover the tow costs. Even if you have aaa membership, freeway towing routinely will ask for additional cash payments.
Do not give them any money. Contact aaa promptly. Do not let them tow your vehicle. Not only will it be damaged in the process of towing, but they will also rummage through your vehicle and steal items from your car or truck.
Freeway towing, truck 12, stole computers from my truck they towed. Every time the idiot driver of truck 12 has tried to get past the password, the computer takes a picture from the camera and sends it to me. This idiot is too stupid to figure out that he is busted.
Additionally, now his information that he put on the computers is being routinely sent to this scamion poster.
