I discovered 3 new deductions from my debit statement dated April 16, 2019 for $1.97, April 23rd for $12.97, and May 23rd for $12.97. The deductions were made by FREESHIPPING.COM. There was a phone number, 800-515-9185, listed with the transaction, so I called it.
The man who answered spoke very slowly, with an accent. When I asked him questions, his answers were uninformative.
Q: What am I being bileld for?
A: Free shipping.
Q: If it's free, why am I being billed?
A: Let me see. That depends who you ordered from.
Q: How did you get my bank account number to bill me.
A: I'll have to check. I'll need to gather some information from you.
The only thing he made clear is that this will be a monthly deduction of $12.97 on the 23rd of each month.
I never signed on with this company or anyone else for free shipping.
My bank had me sign papers to the affect that these were fraudulent withdrawals. They closed out my debit account and created a new one. The money will be returned to my account and an investigation will take place.
The bank reviewed my history and saw that I made an online donation through Overstock.com, while I was on their website. That happened on April 16th. The next transaction after that was the first deduction by FREESHIPPING.COM for $1.97.
I seriously doubt that Overstock had anything to do with this scam. But someone might have been monitoring their website and got my bank account number when I made the donation. Or the donation request was a fraudulent window on their website.
I cancelled my "subscription" which supposedly had been opened by my wife, but she denies ever signing for anything that will cost her money. I believe that the name itself of the company is misleading. The company is called 'free shipping" but it is not free. It cost $ 12.97 for whatever services they say you can get from them, but in fact this is a rip off. You only have to see the number of reports filed here in this website about this company.
We should put this company out of business and its owners in jail.
I am going to write to the Attorney General of my state (and also of the State of Connecticut) where the parent company for this company is located so that they can investigate these people who are preying on innocent people, and as in the case of my wife, an elderly woman.
Please contact your Attorney General and tell them about how you have been victimized by this company. Publishing our complains here will not provide justice.

I noticed today that I had multiple charges on my bank account from a company called, freeshipping.com. I have never used their website or even heard of them. I checked my e-mail and had 2 e-mails from them from over 3 months ago. The charges to my account were only $54 over the course of the last couple months, and I never gave them permission to access my account.
Starting in January they have debited my bank account $12.97 per month. Identified on my bank statements as " IC *FREESH 800-515-9185 CT ".
I sort of remember the name when I bougt someting on line but I don't recall what it was. I certainly didn't agree to any monthly charge or join anything.
IC Free shipping, has charged my credit card $12.95 per month for at least 19 months totalling $246.43. Since this are small charges they were not scrutized as should be. I demanded a refund since not one in the household has requested or joined this so called discount/coupon company. I have called and emailed the company requesting a refund, i will followup with my bank.
IC Free shipping.com deducted an unauthorized amount of 12.97 claiming I made a purchase dated on 10/9/17. I have never heard of this organization before and I have no idea how the company received my credit card information or reason for the deduction. I will contact my credit card company to advise them of this unauthorized deduction. Thank you.
My wife had a phone conversation with an employee of "IC *Freeshipping.com" named Candace (Phone No.: 1 (800) 515-9185) on October 2, 2017, wherein my wife had enquired about the charge of $12.97 appearing on a statement for my Sears Credit Card. My wife had advised Candace that one order was made last July via Kmart using my Sears Credit Card; that shipping was free as we met the requirement of spending over a certain dollar amount; and that we did not sign up for any membership with IC *Freeshipping.com. Candace said she would not remove the first charge of $12.97, would not inform us what the "IC" (Insider Club) stood for nor would she provide us with an email (Customer [email protected])/physical address to its Headquarters. Candace alleged that we had signed up with the company she represents. My wife asked her how was it done. Candace' s response was that Emails were sent to both of our email addresses "in September". We have searched through our emails and found no such evidence. Had we even received such emails, it does not constitute an agreement between both parties. This Company also gained access to our bank account and charged $12.97. Charles Tracy, California

Never contacted and I do not even know that this company exist.

I don't know how I signed up for such nonsense and why Sears allowed this scam!
IC *FREESHIPPING 800-515-9185 IC charged my checking account $13 without my knowledge or permission Internet
I called and spoke with customer service today and they said they will cancel the membership and refund the charged for this month but no refund for the rest of the 4 months.
I would greatly appreciate if you can get IC Freeshipping to refund all the monthly charged of $12.97 from March 10, 2019 to July 8,2019.
I don't remember how they got my credit card account, this is a credit card that I don't use, but freeshipping.com has been charging my bank account every 16 of month $12.97 without my authorization and I want them to refund me all the money they took for no reason Lisbeth Moncada Rialto California
Bought something from Walmart on line a couple of years ago. SOmehow this free shipping company under the umbrella of Walmart stated billing my checking account 12.17 per month. I never purchased again from Walmart on line. However this charge has been going for 2 years and would probably go until I closed my account. They were never transparant on their service and charges and this is a lucritive scam as they never have to do anything but bill my account. I am into them for $100's.
On june 16.2017...IC*freeshippin.com, UNAUTHORIZED charged my visa card in the amount of $12.97, I never order products or service from this company....
This company has been charging my boyfriend's card for the past few months, we just realized they have been charging his credit card in the amount of $12.97 for at least 3 months. He has never signed up for any of their services and we noticed they have been reported as a scam before for the same exact situation.
Upon checking my checking account statement, I discovered a charge of $12.97 from IC *freeshipping.com. I did not recoginize this company.
After doing some research, I learned that this company is a problem for many people. I did not sign up for this program so it is infuriating that a charge was taken from my personal checking account.
It is also infuriating that there isn't a way to cancel/unsubscribe via the internet, only a phone number. And I've read that even after calling, people are unable to get a refund. Shady!
in reviewing my credit union charge card I discovered that IC Freeshipping.com has charged me 12.97 in Feb & March. I have never authorized such charges. I have never approved IC Freeshipping to charge my account. I don't even know what this company is. I know it's fraud and needs to be stopped immediately. I have not had any free trial services and I have never surfed IC Freeshipping website until this morning in an attempt to see what the heck it was. After reviewing their site, I know I never authorized any transactions from them.
I never used the credit card with IC Freeshipping.com however, they charged my card.
IC *FREESHIPPING charged me 12.99 for nothing. They usually rip u off by buying flowers and everybody knows it was Valentines day.I didn't even buy flowers, they just took money off my credit card.
I keep seeing a $12.97 deducted from my banking account every month from free shipping ct since Jan 2012....I thought it was something from my bank but I see it every month for years now .
I got an account with IC free shipping and began to check my bank account only to notice that they were taking $12.97 as a recurring payment. I was really shocked that they've done this for months. I had little interaction with the account and barely done nothing that I must have to pay that amount. I'm not the only person receiving this type of scam, as there are other people complaining online as well. I need a refund and would like to cancel my membership with them!
They are charging my account each months for 12.97$ without any authorization! I even don't know who they are. I just shut down my visa card and applied for new one!!!
Fraudulent scam charge for alleged "free shipping"
How is it "free" if have to pay for it in excess of normal postage.
I discovered that this company, IC *FREESHIPPING, has been fraudulenting taking money from my account for at least a year and a half. This was not an authorized transaction.
This company is guilty of not doing good business as it never notified me of its kicking in its services when purchasing goods online. I have Amazon Prime for which I receive free shipping on most of my items. I would never have subscribed to this dubplicate service when Amazon Prime does the job.
I do not purchase a lot online. So far this has cost me over $200. I do not purchase enough online to warrant that much cost for shipping. It has not saved me anything.
This is not doing good business.
I discontinued the service (6/6/2016), and they plan to add one more service charge before they cancel.
Thanks for support you can offer to me as a small customer who was taken advantage of by a company that does not apprise its customers' of its practices to debit their accounts for no actual service.
I was going over my bank statement when i noticed a charge for $12.97 for IC*freeshipping.com. I looked at past statements and noticed it has been going on for several months.I typed in the web site and found out it has happened to other people. I also noticed a web site that said they will cancel my so called membership with IC*freeshipping.com. It said i had to pay to have it removed. I read that it happened to people who ordered flowers from a florist. I had ordered flowers over the internet a few months ago. Please bring these people to justice a.s.a.p
My debit account is being charged by this company without my authorization.
I have been paid 12.95,but I didn't buy anything,why,why,why?
