They recently changed their name from performance merchant alliance. Hidden fees and unethical business practices. Please read the entire contract before signing. If you are considering working there again do your homework !! I can attest that you will not be paid as agreed. Very high turnover rate.

I will be contacting Pam Bondi Florida State Attorney about this. 1st your telemarketers called our business three times back to back after we told him no all 3 times..... you can pull your tapes and see for yourself. Then a gentleman walks in our business said he had an appointment which we said he never had but since he was there we listened to what he said. The sales rep said there would be no fees and pay our cancellation fees with our current merchant services to switch. We said that we wouldn’t do anything unless we saw our contract, which wasn’t sent until we threatened to cancel and send equipment back. We never hooked up the equipment because you lied about the fees and sending us the contract to review which was never sent or signed. I even emailed one of your customer service reps about returning the equipment which was never opened and hadn’t heard back. I would like an address to send the equipment back! My bank is also aware that anything trying to be debited out of our account will be AR and will not go through just like the last payment you tried to steal! Anthony Rossi who also was screwed by you guys will also be sending a formal complaint to Pam Bondi as well!
Do not sign a lease agreement with this company, they will put you on a lease for 48 months on equipment you could buy with one month's payments. They save you money on the processing but the equiptment will more than make up for any money you are saving. I even showed them the existing equiptment I had and they where able to set up the processing so now I'm stuck with three peices of equiptment that I never used. Total scam
I signed up for a new credit card processor in February 2017. I was approached by a salesman, David Wright, when he came in to my newly opened store. He asked about my current cc processor and guaranteed me they could beat their prices. After a few hours I decided to switch to Freedom Card Solutions. I was promised no hidden fees, no fees at all except 1% on cc's and 9 cents a transaction, debit was free. Sounds great! February I didn't have the machine yet. I received the new machine in March. March was fine fee wise. April my fees jumped from $32 to $180! Huge difference. May, again, I was charged over $180!! I sent David an email and he immediately responded to call customer service. I called customer service and was treated like a total idiot. I spoke to some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Cierra was awful!! I still have the emails back and forth between us.
They were saying I was charged because I was not PCI compliant. When I had already gone to PCI support myself to confirm that was not the case. I was PCI compliant. I was sent an email with one page for me to sign to "fix" me not being compliant. When asked what it was I was supposed to sign, I never got a response back. Just a nasty email telling me how there was nothing they were going to do about all the money they were taking because I was not compliant. We then called Matt. David told us he was the owner of the company and he could fix it. He gave us his email and said email everything we had to him and he would take care of it. Never since that one phone call have we heard from him. We try calling, it goes straight to a voicemail that isn't set up. We text, it gets ignored. We text from another phone and tell him to please call as soon as he can. He immediately responds, voicemail isn't working, just text me. So we responded to please call us. He comes back with who is this? All we sent back was, we got your number from one of your sales reps and had a question about a contract. Never a response, never a call, never hear a word from him.
We call customer service repeatedly. We get transferred to Cierra, who still wants nothing to do with us, and hung up on us several times. When I asked to speak to her boss I was told she does not have a boss, she is the supervisor. So I ask to speak to the owner of the company. I was told that the company was a big corporation and the owner will not speak to me. Fine, you are a big corporation that tells me right there you have a boss. I would like to speak to them. I was sent to a voicemail, I left a message with my phone number and of course I never got a call back.
We keep trying, day after day, and finally get in touch with a nice lady who tries to help us. Jennifer took the time to listen to us and we explained the issue and she looked into it. What we found out is the two contracts were totally different. After many pictures back and forth she couldn't do much more. It had to go to the supervisor, Cierra. She gets it and says it has to go for review. There really isn't much to review that takes several days, the two contracts are very different. Everything that is marked out on mine is wrote over with a totally different percentage I am supposed to pay. On top of other fees. Once David signed me up and we signed the contract together, it left here and sometime after the moment it left my door all the money parts were changed. I have been scammed the whole time!!
Everytime we call we are told it is in review, they will call us back. This is about 2 weeks now and nothing has been resolved. Nothing has been changed. My fees are still at whatever percent they decide to charge me. They will not fix it. We have told them that the only thing left to do is contact a lawyer and file a suit.
