The IRS.gov website recommends this company so I filed my taxes which i have not recieved.I file fed ok,than filed State but there is no listing for my state so I assume I could use Ohio which i do not live in that state, my daughter said I could not do this so ,I immediely email free tax of my dredful mistake and I was informed that i am denied my $19 refund . which I paid for them to file my taxes.
I have all emails, to upload. If I dont live in the state which I regretfully filed .How is it legal that they filed and accepted my taxes staing I lived in Ohio part time when state tax cleary states I lived in another state for a year? isnt this fraud to IRS>GOV ? I have proof I made a dumb mistake and tried to correct my part .But this comany needs to be investigated and theuy are on the BBB list. but I just found this out. wow
