DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON. He is the biggest con job and he looks for weak or in a hurry to move type people to rent his DISGUSTING properties.
Right around the month of September I got approved for rental assistance and I was put in contact with this "man" who allegedly has over a "70 properties". Making it seem like he has been in this business forever. Well, his properties suggest every single thing BUT that. This man is a KNOWN SCAM AND A CROOK!
He had me get my deposit in over 3 weeks before I was able to move in. He lets his sewer back up for multiple properties putting his tenants in a major health risk. He also lets all of his properties become roach infested. Then when you cry about it because it's uninhabitable, he'll tell you it's your problem! And that he puts clauses into his rental agreements which are illegal!
He has backwards business practices. Put his tenants in not just physical danger but he makes victims out of them. He particularly goes for women who have disabilities. When you go view one of his properties he takes you in and right out. I have so much proof of everything that is happened from day one to right now.
If I were to show you what I walked into the first day I moved in....... trust and believe me when I say this that there'd be a public outcry! He's a FOUL human. FLORIDA BETTER PUT HIM IN LINE BEFORE SOMEONE GETS KILLED BC OF THIS PERSON. I'm prepared to go public with everything that I have. Because it's so overwhelming and it's ENOUGH TO PUT THE WHOLE HUD TO CRYING SHAME. If I really were to list everything this person does I'd be here all day. Take my word for it and don't rush! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GARBAGE!
