I am writing this complaint against my former disreputable employer, Frazier Farms for their unlawful retaliatory termination of my employment as their former Food Demonstrator. The incident took place Saturday November 12th, 2016 approximately 1pm during the Harvest Festival, my demo station at that time was post adjacent between the bakery and cheese section. A company representative need to know where she should be located to demonstrate her product and was waiting a little too long for help from the management. The “manager” Jon Ariano requested me to help but I reminded him I could not because I cannot abandon the cookies I was food demonstrating unattended as our customers could possibly contaminate such. Jon Ariano intransigently insisted I help her instead of him and I replied, “Your place is to help the customers and the representatives”, Jon Ariano got “triggered” by my remark for some reason and menacingly darted towards me, got right in front of my face invading my person space and said in a belligerent aggravated toned yelling voice like a gangster from Compton or a drill sergeant, “What’s my place huh? What’s my place huh? What’s my place huh?”, as he was verbally assaulting me, saying such the phrase repetitively with his hot breath and aerosolized saliva spit upon my face almost to the point of “French Kissing” I calmly replied,” Are you seriously, a manager yelling in front of me in front of the whole store,” I was trying my best to resist pushing him away as I think Jon Ariano was trying to illicit a physical response from me but I took the high ground and Jon Ariano walked away to the register with a disgusted countenance
I continued to food demonstrate as if nothing happened. Around 1:45pm I was summoned to the upstairs office where the Oceanside Store Director Robbie Hill commenced the proverbial kangaroo court and asked my story first, I then proceeded to tell my side of the story in what transpired between Jon Ariano and me. He right away pronounced my claims false. I sharply replied are you saying I was not verbally assaulted?? He replied in a smug, arrogant, and dismissive tone voice and attitude, “You probably deserved it!!!!!” I was shocked at his response. I said, “Excuse me, did you a “manager” say “I probably deserve it” are you serious”, Robbie Hill backpedaled his response and stammered because he uttered such a foolish retort that not only confirmed he endorses such an inappropriate behavior between employee and manager, but confirmed that such the incident transpired but he was turning a blind eye to it. I told him if the roles were reversed and I did the same thing he would be fired..
What you Robbie Hill just demonstrated is that Frazier Farms work environment is that of neo-feudalism, where Managers (Nobles) can do as they please with impunity and employees, (Expendable serfs) if they do the same infraction as Jon Ariano they would be fired but if reversed the managers would get a slap on the wrist. What then? With that footnote you created Robbie Hill does that mean if an emotionally immature manager like Jon Ariano sexually assaults a female employee or if an employee annoys a manager and the manager physically assaults the employee, would you as well say to the aggrieved employee in a smug, arrogant, and dismissive tone voice and attitude, “YOU PROBABLY DESERVED IT!!!!!”???!!!
I threated to sue him for this discriminatory action against me. He was frightened by this but remarked (Robbie Hill’s foot-in-mouth syndrome spoiler alert), “I am to obey a manager’s orders”, I said, “Even if it is a health code violation?” Robbie Hill in a smug, arrogant, and dismissive tone voice and attitude replied, “Even if it is a health code violation”. I replied I cannot follow your unlawful orders that can put our Frazier Farms customer’s health in potential peril. He said I do it all the time, I told him the area I food demonstrate adjacent to the rotisserie chicken hot shelve has a back table where I can move the food to the back table inaccessible to the reach of the customers. Let me get this straight, Robbie Hill, you want your employees to be like mindless automatons and obey your arbitrary rules even if they are at odds with the state and federal health code laws, putting the company at risk of lawsuits from sickened Frazier Farms customers afflicted with food borne poisoning?? You Robbie Hill are a text book example of a sociopath:

At 2pm I was suspended until further notice and told to go home, Robbie Hill pathologically lied as he assured me no one is getting fired for this incident, except I was sent home and not the Laodicean Christian manager, Jon Ariano. That’s justice the Frazier Farms way.
On Wednesday November 16th, 2016 at 12pm I was told to come back to Frazier Farms, there I was accompanied by not only the Oceanside Store Director Robbie Hill but also the Vista Store Director Matthew Poucher.
I asked them if they saw the surveillance cameras that could corroborate my claims of the manager, Jon Ariano verballing assaulting me, thusly vindicating my claims. Robbie Hill pathologically lied and claimed, “According to my sources such an incident did not occur”, that was a lie as I have a least one eyewitness person who can testify such transpired.
Matthew Poucher then made an unsubstantiated claim that I post on their Facebook page without proof, I told him it could be my friends or a loyal customer that was outraged by your treachery. Matthew Poucher then continued with his laughable petty threat of suing me for slander and libel and will get court order to know the specific IP computer address origins are located like some kind of privacy invasive governmental NSA creep. I replied in a stern righteously indignant growling voice, “You shouldn’t use such strong words, Pouchey boy, it makes you look weak, so here is my counter-threat, if you do such I will dispatch a constitutional lawyer to defend my freedom of speech, also I will get a court ordered subpoena of the surveillance tape for Saturday November 12th, 2016, show it to the court involve the media and the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce so they can see how family “friendly” you are towards your employees, do you really think me defenseless?” Matthew Poucher literally took 3 steps back his eyes dilated in great fear and terror as he knows that the only turnip that would be bled in that contest would be him and the Frazier Farms public relations.
Matthew Poucher then tried his best to quell my wrath by offering me an olive branch by saying we still want you to shop here at this store and let bygones be bygones. I then yelled at them for his idiocy and said, “You want me to spend my hard earned money after you Judas Goats stabbed me in the back, unjustly let Jon Ariano get away with verbally assaulting me? Are you stupid? Is that what you would say to an aggrieved customer that has been treated in a similar fashion? Oh were are sorry that the manager verbally assaulted you, you probably deserved it, the manager in question will not be terminated and…oh we still want you to spend your hard earned money???!!! You “managers” are stupid, uneducated, and immoral…but I guess you learned all those virtues in college!
Don’t you worry as you said Pouchey boy, “It is your right as an American”, and I took your advice to heart and already reported to the authorities of Frazier Farms illegalities, you remember when I said, “I Know you weaknesses”? Well I emailed a few months ago along with your pictures of your pretty faces to the San Diego County welfare fraud hotline for failing to tax the hot homemade soups and rotisserie chickens as a ploy to circumvent the EBT SNAP exclusion of hot foods clause. Thought you can get away with it. Oh it gets even better since you think you are so clever in circumventing the EBT SNAP law I also filled out form 3949-A which report individuals and businesses that are suspected of tax law violations, I stated that you Frazier’s could be a flight risk to confiscate your passport to avoid an extradition complications since you have a vacation home on the magical New Zealand Island, I also filed out form 211 which gives me a cash reward should you Frazier Farms get charged with tax violations!!! Oh on another note now that we have the illustrious President Trump in Office, you know what that means. You know that I know as well as the other employees know there are a few employees that would not pass e-verify litmus test, I wonder what would happen if someone “anonymously” dispatched ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) for your conceited violations. So not only do you have me as an implacable enemy but the state of California with EBT SNAP fraud, ICE, and the Internal Revenue Services. Things aren’t looking good for you now are they? You see I always know my manager’s Achilles heel just in case you get too full of yourself!!!
My advice Frazier Farms employees is to go look for another job as you are not safe from Frazier Farms’ managerial nepotism, if you think you are possibly going to be fired make sure you put your cell phone on video record to keep the management honest, as it states on the EEOC website (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission):
