These "friend" would buy properties from her but would also finance properties for her that she wanted and then should would sell them at a loss, CAN YOU SAY MONEY LAUNDERING, afterall these "friends" were also part of the drug trade and were also in Federal Prison with Peggy, this is how she met them.
She is a street level con artist, she is not polished or intelligent. She pushed so hard to get a man to marry her, and to get her real estate license in order to get off of probation early.
She is dishonest, vindictive and still using drugs to the point that she gets so high that she blacks out wherever she may be, restaurant, home, out with friends, does not matter. Part of her conditions for her real estate license was to remain drug free, which to date has not happened.
SHE IS DESPICABLE ON ALL LEVELS, SHE IS FAKE AND HATES EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY MEN, THIS INCLUDES HER HUSBAND, SHE MARRIED HIM FOR TWO REASONS ONLY, BECAUSE SHE FORCED HIM INTO IT, AND TO GET HERSELF OFF OF PROBATION BY LOOKING LIKE A REFORMED AND UPSTANDING CITIZEN.
THIS WOMAN OWES ME CLOSE TO $90,000.00 ON A REAL ESTATE CONTRACT THAT SHE INITIATED, IT HAD TO DO WITH OBTAINING A HARD MONEY LOAN FOR HER, SHE BACKED OUT OF THE DEAL BECAUSE SHE WANTED $700,000.00 CASH OUT OF THE DEAL, AND NO LENDER WOULD DO THAT FOR A CONVICTED FELON THAT HAD ONLY BEEN OUT OF PRISON 2 YEARS AT THE TIME. PLUS HER FINANCIALS DID NOT ADD UP, HER TAXES WERE NOT WHAT SHE SAID SHE WAS MAKING, AND NONE OF HER PARTNERS HAD THE MONEY TO FLOAT THE LOAN EITHER.
