I went to this clinic for therapy on my left hand. During the time that I received therapy, I spoke to Robin about my inability to continue treatment due to the co-pay situation since I only had Medicare and they did take my Medicaid.
Robin told me personally to continue the therapy and that the co-pays would be written off.
The co-pay was never written off and it has been sent to collections for some time now. Additionally, it has appeared on my credit report and it has adversely affected my ability to obtain credit.
