Moses Israel Suissa was the owner of the Forever Flawless kiosks at Flatirons Mall in Colorado and the Mall of Louisiana. He operated the Colorado one with his partner Ayelet Isabelle Boyer. I purchased a spa package from them that included facials, skin care treatments and Forever Flawless products, makeup lessons from Isabelle and what was supposed to be a $3000 makeup kit. I asked for a refund when I found out I was being not only manipulated but swindled. Accord to the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, no one associated with Forever Flawless in the state of Colorado is licensed in cosmetology and none of their facilities are licensed or inspected to sell spa services. Moses Suissa is a mall worker with a business license to sell and demonstrate a product. Nothing more. He and Ayelet Boyer are not trained and licensed professionals.
Soon after he was questioned by a Broomfield Police Department fraud detective, he broke his lease with mall management and he and Boyer sold their belongings and left town. He tried but failed to sell the Colorado business but the Mall of Louisiana one was soon listed under a different name. I have filed reports with the Colorado Attorney General, Broomfield Police Department and CO DORA. I also sent copies of all of my receipts and reports to the IRS and the Colorado Department of Revenue. I did meet with a lawyer who said I have a strong civil case for felony fraud.
Unfortunately legal and private detective fees do not make this the best route for me. Fortunately my bank was able to recover some of the money that was charged but I am still out thousands of dollars for products and services I will never get. I have delayed writing this because I was waiting to see what law enforcement was going to do. Hopefully these two will step off a plane one day and a fraud detective will be waiting for them. If you have done business with Forever Flawless or Moises Suissa and you think you have been defrauded, please contact your police department. The more cases they receive, the sooner they will take action against these people.
A company (Arias) in a Casino Mall sold me a cosmetic product and promised over and over wonderful results.
Of course it didn't happen and i've been trying close to a year to get my money back. They did return 3,000, but wont pay me the remaining 4,500. They sent me another product they claim is worth 10,000. They are totally crazy!
The sales girl was insisting i buy it and if it didn't work I could return it. SHE LIED OF COURSE.
I was scammed by "Antonio " who claimed to be the owner at the Horton Plaza location. He got me alone in a back room and his people wouldn't allow my fiance to come back. He showed me before and after photos after the facial. I later realized they were not accurate. He also made sexual comments in the process. He took my credit card up front and said he was going to call my credit card company and see if i could make payments (from his phone) and ran it without me knowing. I was terrified at this point. He text me shortly afterwards from his personal cell asking if I'd come to the grand opening of his new store. When he forced me into purchasing the product, I have a text saying he would return the $5k next month. I received a box and haven't opened it. I asked to return to his store and he became angry and hostile. This company needs to be sued and shut down!
Absolutely disappointed..this is by far the worst investment I have ever made. I made the purchase at a Vegas trade show and the sales rep was so rude and aggressive.
I decided to get the Paragon after she basically shoved it down my throat. She said you would get results after a month and I see no difference! Overpriced and NOT worth it at all. If I can descrive them in one word, it would be: scam.
I was walking through Flatiron Mall. I was not feeling well, as I have a heart condition. Moses approached me to give me a sample. I said I was not interested, and tried to keep walking. He somehow grabbed my arm to show me this miracle skin care cream.
I don't know why I tryed it, I was really not interested. He kept talking about how simply I was dressed and asked did I work, where did my husband work, etc. Casing my situation, I'm sure. I was really not well, and couldn't seem to muster the strenghth to get up and leave.
His associate, a skin care specialist then got involved. Very flattering. She started applying all kinds of products to my face, showing me in a mirror how much better my skin looked. ( I really couldn't see a difference.) Then he set aside 2 products and asked cash or card. I don't know why but I gave him my card, I really didn't want to buy anything.
He held on to my card, while they using more products, continuing the flattery and taking my picture with their phones. I kept protesting, weakly I guess, that I couldn't afford this and didn't want the products.
When all was done I had 3 receipts totaling $5768.02 I honestly don't know why I signed, I didn't want any of it and I'm sure will not use it. I'm a simple woman and this is not my lifestyle at all. I feel very foolish and misled. I now have a huge credit card debt that is going to hard to pay. I feel like an idiot.
I was invited into salon for a free facial. I was then quoted a price to purchase their products. The price quoted was not the price that appeared on my bank statement! This is truly a rip off!! They have a no refund policy which was not told to me at the time of purchase! Beware you will be shocked at the pricing. I'm also allergic to the product! I have had some severe swelling after using the product at home! Beware! They are fast talkers and high pressure!
