I had ordered a piece of weather striping for my car. I had a few questions so I contacted the company. After getting the answer to my questions and being reassurded that the items I was going to order would be a high quality item and if there were any issues the company would be there to resolve any issues.
Upon recieving the item, a piece of weather stripping, I noticed a bad bubble in a section of it. I took it to the installer and when he looked at the weather stripping he said it was unusable and in worse condition than the piece on my car.
I attempted to make contact with Paul Andrade Custom Auto aka www.fordonlyparts.com I made several calls and just as many message. I never recieved a call back after 6 weeks of attempting to deal with this myself. I finally called PayPal and got them involved. PayPal told me not to talk to Paul Andrade from this point on. Funny later that day he attempted to call me, I did not answer as per PayPal. Then I recieved an email saying my return had been cancelled. Due to the time frame and the fact that I attempted to resolve this myself PayPal denied the clam.
I started calling Paul Andrade again along with emailing him as well and got no responce. Again after several weeks of attempting to get a person on the phone or to call me back or email me back, no one every reached out to make good on a bad product.
One day Paul Andrade picked up the phone in error and after speaking with him, retelling the story line he tried to turn it around and lay the blame on me. Finally he said he would make good on his end, which was a HUGE LIE! and mail me a new piece of weather stripping. So I waited and waited and still no new weather stripping and no communication from Paul Andrade Custom aka www.fordonlyparts.com This whole situation had been on going for a year now.
The customer service is truely the worst I have every run across. And the lies are just as bad! Before I used this subject/company again I will just throw my money in the trash, the result will be the same. Avoid using this guy/company because what you are told if you ever make contact will be a lie.
