I was looking to have a receipe of mind patent if I could. I look up the web site to get some information, I fill out the form and sent it then the next day I got an email from Mr Mike meyers . I told him what I wanted to do and said your receipe can not be patent and can only be copywrite. I said how much he quoted 450.00. I said ok I will think about it, he had one of his associates send me a contract. I read it and mr mike meyers called me and left me a message and an email and ask what I wanted to do. I sent him an email and said give me the weekend to look it over. he said find. the next day he called me at 7:50am but I did not answer. I went to my computer and and saw an email and wanted me to call him or if I made a decision . before I could email him he called me today. I told him I read the contract and still researching somemore ideas and have not made any decision. I been talking to a few people and some attorneys. I also told him that I talk to another company and I need to get a trade secret attorney to help me because receipes can not be pattent. he got mad at me and said it looks like you are running all around and not making a decsiion. And also said maybe you want to do this for free. Also said how are you planning on marketing this. I was up set and knew I had to pay for some kind of service but he should of never talk to me like that. he also said your receipe is probably not going any where just because I would not commint to him.As I told him I have to watch out for scammers on the interemnt and I want to take my time. he would have it . I am 65 years and I wanted to take my time on this. He said I have no intention of doing this. I said you have no right to talk to me like this and I want no one to scam me . I was hurt and upset. I will never do business with him and encourage people to watch out for this man as he only wants money and does not care about you at all. He also said there is no such attorney called trade secret attorney. I told him that is not true that I have talk to two of them. he was rude and very nasty.
