Footwear are is a fake internet store. They take payments via paypal and never send merchandise. They do not respond to emails and have no other contact info.
This happened to me and I found numerous other complaints about the site.
Ordered this item on 2/15/2018 attempted to contact. No response. Paid through PayPal not confirmation of order processing. No product..no phone number or physical address to contact company.
