They are fradulently charging my credit card. The program I signed up for was for a period of six monthly payments. They continue to charge my credit card. I have tried to call them and get an answering machine. I have emailed them and they do not respond. This company is stealing from consumers. Do not purchase anything from them. Once they have your credit card info they will continue to take money from you.

FoodLovers Fat Loss System had a promotion going on in December, 2016 of 5 payments of 19.99, plus Shipping

and handling of 19.99 added to the first payment. Food lovers took 38.00 out in December 2016, and 19.99 out for

January, February, March, April, May, and June 2017. May and June 2017 should not have been taken off my credit card.

I have left 5 messages by telephone, and sent them 2 emails. They have not responded to phone calls or emails. It is as if

the company does not exist. I believe this is a scam company that has individuals credit cards, that continue to take their

money, and don't respond to calls or emails. There is something seriously wrong when a customer does not respond, and

customer service is non existent. BEWARE!

I ordered the system online. I added the cookbook and the online community. When the program arrived, I read through it and discovered that it was almost identical to another program that I had been doing.

I was too late to return the product for a refund; however, I wanted to make sure that there wouldn't be anymore charges to my credit card. I was assured that my acount was closed. Then, I was charged $65 two months later. I called again and they said ot would be refunded and not charged again. No refund ever issued and another charge of $65 three months later.

I called again today and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was informed that it is their company policy to now transfer calls to supervisors. WHAT?? I asked the employee what I was supposed to do now. He said that he could only tell me the status of my account. I asked him if I had to contact the Better Business Bureau and/or a lawyer. He said that "you;ve got to do what you have to do". How is that a legitimate attempt to resolve my problem??

I happened to be reviewing one of my credit card accounts when I noticed a recurring charge I did not recognize. The charge was from AWWFOODLOVERSSYSTEM starting on March 4 , 2016, with a charge of 139.93 then another March 17th for 64.87. I did not receive any more charges from them and am so upset I did not catch these when they occurred. But, now September 23rd they appeared on my credit card bill again with a charge of 64.87 that I did catch and dispute .I have no recall of signing up for this product let alone receiving any information or product from them for anything I may have purchased. So as I see it this company fraudulently charged me approximately 260.00 that I never authorized!

In watching their infomercials many times, on OctOber 7, 2015, I decided to check out their website. After checking it out, I initially decided that I would try it out and began the process. I entered my credit card info and it took me through these screens for additional products which I declined. I was still a little unsure so I decided to go open another browser so I could do some research on this company. After reading all the negative feedback from people who had ordered this system, I decided not to submit the order and closed my browser. On 10/8/15, I logged into my bank account and there was a charge from this company. I checked my email and sure enough there was an email confirming my order. I immediately called the company and explained to them I never submitted my order and did not want this. The representative told me that the order had been placed. I asked her how it could have been placed when I never submitted the order. She never answered the question and said she would put in a request to cancel the order and to call back the next day after 3 pm. On 10/08, I called back and was told the order had been shipped and I would have to return it. I again told the person I spoke with that I never submitted the order. The rep proceeded to tell me that once I entered the credit card #, it submitted the order. I have never been on website that does that. The customer always has to submit the order for it to process. This company screws people over by doing this. I'm going to get screwed because you pay for shipping and then will probably have to pay for shipping when I return it. This company is a complete scam. Beware.
