Meat was replaced
I purchased a double order if meat -no chicken or sea food- Pepper steak tasted like liver hamburger tasted like it was ground up with corn meal and the steak was tough Called the company they said it would be replaced I thought yep I have been had BUT true to their word they came out the next week and replaced it all with cattlemans steak and filet mignan This meat is delicious I paid $300 for the initial order and ended up with 30 pieces of meat @ 10..00 per. All in all I feel they took care of the problem The only thing that disturbed me is when they picked up my first order they said I had eaten eight of their product when in fact I had eaten only six. I must have been shorted two on the first order or they miscounted when they picked up my order They said it made no difference but to me it did Ray Canner

Very Bad company!!! I would not do business with this company ever. Salesman had an aggressive abusive nature and appeared to want to start a fight when I asked him to leave due to fact we have small ones inside house asleep. He felt privacy rules do not apply to him.if he shows up again I will definitely call Sherriff's' dept.
Bad company
Needless to say, some people called the sheriff's dept because of one of the guy's.
Do not allow any representative from this company to enter your home. My spouse, who has dementia, was sitting on his walker in front of our home when the van stopped and he was solicited to purchase meats from this company. Because of my partner's disability the driver offered to put the food away for him. In doing so, the driver broke one of the shelves in our freezer.
The amount of shrimp (freezer burned in the bag), chicken (tiny pieces), and "steak"(which had more fat than meat on the pieces) would have cost approximately $75 in the supermarket. He was charged almost $300.
Upon my return home I tried to contact the company and my call went to voicemail where I left a message (Thursday). I tried calling the company mid afternoon the following day (Friday) and the call again went to voicemail where I left another message. On Saturday I went to the company website and in the fine print found their terms for return. You must contact them via email and arrange to ship the product back packed in dry ice and shipped Fed Ex. When I went to the contact page I found that the area's to put your information in, to email them, was all blank. There was also no security match offered....all blank boxes.
I have contacted my bank and we will attempt to dispute the charge once it is posted, as my attempts to contact the company go unanswered.
PLEASE do not buy from these scam artists!
