Internet offer of $5.99 for trial offer but after 14 days trial you are committed to buy. Product never arrives until after 14 days which makes the offer void and you are charged $90.00 without any choice. I used a debit card which makes a refund harder yet.
I came across this website: focusnutra.com which stated I could get their supplament for free if I were to pay $4.95 for shipping. So I ordered it on my credit card.
About 30 minutes later I got a call from this company and they stated that my order did not go through for the four dollars and ninetyfive cent and they were asking me if I had a different credit card to provide them instead. I told them to cancel my order because I was not giving them my other credit card.
About 25 days later when I get my credit card statement, I noticed that this company charged my credit card twice, one charge was for $4.95 and another charge for $132 dollars.
This is a scam company and I am writing this for everyone to know that Focus Nutra Intelligex is a giant Scam company! PLEASE Stay far from them and run away! You will be very sorry if you provide them with your credit card number!
Nutrafocus Intelligex advertises supplements that are to enhance your memory and energy. Amped is one of the names and Intelligex is another. I took one dose and it made me ill.
I had cancelled my subscription by letter twice and returned product twice but they kept drafting my bank account. When I blocked them from my bank account, they started drafting $89.97 monthly from my Chase Visa account.
I did not have a telephone number to call until today (11/16/16) which I called to cancel subscription. I also reported them to Chase Visa and have them blocked.
I got sucked in too. I wish I had seen this web site first. SCAM!!! Do not order from these unethical people and CON ARTISTS!!!It is a scam. They do not want to give an address. Overbilling under different company names once they have your card info. This is theft and the authorities need to get involved!!!!! I have not opened any of the bottles to put garbage in my body.
Misleading triall offer that baloons into hundreds of dollars taken off your credit card. and visa is complicit in this fraud bi allowing the scammers to access your account even after you repot to them to not make any more payments. VISA is less then helpfull refurring you to the fine print on the scammers website ,intead of shutting down payments as requested.
Wanted to try the free trial, 4.99, the website kept coming up with other products, did not click on the other products and there was no way out. So I het proceed to checkout, By the time I got to the check out it had tallyed all the other products and my 4.99 shipping turned to 300.00 canadian all billed to my credit card. I called my bank telling them to stop this, they could not until it actually went throught the bank. Tried to find their website to cancel could not find it. They sent me no receipt or email confirming the purchase. Finally when it was processed to my acct they had a phone number called them and they said already sent, it was a trial so no money back. This was from Thursday to Monday I have been trying to cancel. I have not received the product so obviously they had not sent it yet. Cancelled my credit card. So they can no longer use it. I really sucks when they have such a crappy product they have to resort to tricking and ripping off people. Karma is a b***h and I will go on any site to make sure I am heard.
