Ive worked there twice now when i came back i was expecting things to have gotten better i had been working now for almost a month and have not recieved payment for the hrs ive worked and they repeatedly refuesed to get me my check now when we work they are telling us to lie to the customers to get the sale thats not ethical thats not good business. they are employed by a company called century link and they sit there n hurry us off calls bc they have this dumb thing called handle time. it shouldnt matter how long it takes to get everything on a customers acount fixed my job as a retention agent was to do what was humanly possible to get them to stay with centurylink and esentually harrass them into staying thats not ok.
as a company they need to be closed down or atleast put under new management otherwise they destroy companys like centurylink and there business partners like dtv. when i worked there last year be for my health failed due to them dragging every hr they could get out of my by mandating hrs. i was working about 140 every two weeks and some how walking away with 500 dollar checks something there doesnt add up.
we make 12 bucks a hr on monday 8.25 tues 11 wensday 8.25 thursday 12 on friday and 10 saturday ive done the math it doesnt add up. plus we get sales bonuses i worked there almost a year last year and never saw a single bonus or a check over 500. when i would get my check stubs they had minipulated my hrs if you need to you can contact my former coach at focus he was fired too for standing up for me.
