The last time I went to a concert I was a child; well my children wanted to go to a BTS concert, and I thought I would try to make their wish. A little background I am a disabled veteran, single father, work full time, and I am also a full-time student. I am struggling with money, but even so, I can't believe any company would do what FNGtickets.com did to me.
I found a website called FNGtickets.com that was supposed to give veterans a good deal with all kinds of tickets. However, they charged me charged 930.97 for three tickets to a concert, when tickets at work would cost a total of 231.00 for the same tickets. (I thought they were legitimate but looks like I was wrong).
I put myself in financial hardship to get these tickets, but when I try to reach out to them to match or refund the money. They said, "I'm sorry, but our prices are not negotiable and no fees can be waived. We are a secondary ticket market website where sellers from across the country can resell tickets to events. As a result, we work in tandem with a large number of different organizations and websites. This interdependency means we are unable to make unilateral decisions regarding price. As per our terms and conditions, all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds unless they do not meet their obligations under our terms and conditions."
If they are a "secondary," then give me the primary, and I will contact them, or they can contact them, but this is not right either way. How can they take advantage of a veteran who is trying to be nice to his kids? I can go on about the injustice, but overall I can not believe they would not have at least a price match.
