This is months after the buyout order was produced by the dealership and Ford Motor credit and paid in full that very same day. Even with the receipts in hand as well as TITLE OF VEHICLE transferred Ford Motor Credit insists there is money still owed on the lease.
Have been fighting this now for a couple weeks and if there is no resolution an attorney will have to get involved. Moral of the story? If you want a Ford get private financing to avoid these thieves.
