On December 14, 2022 I placed an order for a pair of stock Pioneer boots with Jessica Firth of Fluffs Saddlery. My boots were to be completed and delivered within 4 months. After 4 months I repeatedly asked Jessica for updates on my boots and all she offered was that 'they were coming!' But finally around June 1 2023 I emailed Pioneer directly; Jessica had never ordered my boots. They had no knowledge of my boots, there was no order placed and no money sent to them for the boots. At this point, Jessica had not only lied to me, she had taken off with my funds. I questioned her on this and finally on June 7th, my boots were confirmed paid for by Pioneer & they were to begin production. However, Jessica and Pioneer alike provided no further updates despite my repeated asking at end of July. In the middle of all this, Jessica repeatedly attacked me for daring to question her business methods and going to the manufacturer for more information. Why did she keep telling me the boots were coming if she knew she had never ordered them? She tried telling me the money had been held up in an international bank at one point, but if that truly were the case why hadn't she reached out to Pioneer in January to inquire on the status of my boots? In reality she had never paid for them and until June 7, she had really just accepted funds with no intention of sending me the boots I had ordered (however she's great at sending the wrong product so maybe that was her plan all along). Ultimately by last week (August 9, 2023) I finally had enough of this and I filed a complaint with my CC company. The sale is canceled and I want nothing more than to let everyone know what it's like to do business with her. I was threatened, lied to and I never received any product. Buyer beware.

UPDATE: The “Company” owner has deleted all of my posts from social media and has refused to respond to my request to work the light possible solution/remediation. I am devastated and feel scammed!! PSA due to absence of customer service with !

I need to share with my fellow friends and equestion professionals the complete lack of customer service with this company. Fluffs Saddlery. I purchased a saddle for my mare in May 2022. I was told it would be aprox 8 weeks to be delivered. Receipt of payment stated up to 14 weeks. After 4 months of waiting and no communication from company I began to inquire. I received several excuses over time and eventually received the saddle at the end if November. Upon receiving the saddle it was clear it would not fit. Their rep came to attempt to fit it, but felt the tree may need to be changed and took the saddle to possibly "press". After another month I received the saddle back and still didn't fit. Tracings of my horse were sent to the company upon time of order. Gusset was 1/2 too large and angles aprox 2 sizes too small. I had requested my money back since it was obvious this was not ever going to fit my horse. I have received absolutely no call backs or return emails and have now been blocked off their social media. I just want to talk to someone to rectify this problem. I am shocked at the pure lack of responsibility this company is willing to take. Feel free to contact me if you want further info.
