I purchased an account at Flowplayer.org for a HTML video player to be installed at a website I was developing for a client. Prior to the purchase I was assured by its support staff that it was a high end player that would play in every environment and on all platforms.
However upon purchase I realized that modern Internet explorer 11 browsers block Flowplayer's videos and it was impossible to view the videos played by Flowplayer in this browser.
I contacted the support system and ultmately received responses by two different tech staff, Bernd Backhaus, and Christian Ebert that there was nothing wrong with Flowplayer and that the problem was my coding ability:
"You are an idiot, plain and simple. You have no knowledge about coding. Which is proven by the horrific html code of your page. You are incapable of incorporating help, instead of accepting coding help you just rephrase nonsense.

These two fraudulent and unprofessional staff claimed that there was nothing wrong with their plsyer and that they had never heard any complaints about their player and that this was th efirst time.
I wrote to the company's two founders and CEOs, Anssi Piirainen and Tero Piirainen complaining about the situation buit instead of a response and apologies i realized that unlawful draws were made on my credit card by these unscrupolous people.
While they claim they had never heard anything about any problems with Internet Explorer 11, I found out the following sites indication that as far back as 2014 Flowplayer was aware of the problems.
