My friend sent me some flowers on 8/19. I had a bunch of doctor appointments and when I got home around 3 pm, they were not there. Around 6 pm my doorbell rang. A driver was delivering my medication and the flowers were there. I had no idea they were sitting outside.
Maybe they showed up the 15 minutes I was in the bathroom and I didn't hear a knock or doorbell. Otherwise, they did neither. And I sure didn't get a phone call/email telling me I had a delivery. The flowers were half dead. I doubt they were hurt that much sitting in the shade for an hour or two. If the medicine delivery guy hadn't rang my bell, they would have sat there for days because I'm in a wheelchair and don't go out much.
Tried to call the flower shop the next day and it rang 10 times with no one picking up and no voice mail. This is the second flower shop I've had that problem with. Day after that I tried to call them again and no answer or voice mail after 10 rings....again. Also emailed them and never heard back. Blows me away they wouldn't even have voice mail.
Talked to my friend and she had asked them to call her when the flowers were delivered. They didn't. They also promised her they'd have me sign for them to make sure I got them. Complete lie. They told her they'd replace the flowers. Next day, they changed their mind. How this place is still in business is beyond me. Probably the worst customer service I've ever seen.....and that's saying a lot.
