I hope that anyone reading this will add THEIR story and comment on these characters. I will provide many goverment numbers that you can contact, so these slum lords among other things can be dealt with.

I will share what they did to me and what they have to others as well.

Thousands of termites were infesting the property. How can a family of 4 deal with that? The main owner is Mirco Tibaldo and his daughter Margherita Tibaldo are tag teaming tenants they have and doing nothing to help them when repairs are needed.

Micro Tibaldo always represents himself as the Manager and never the owner. He will do inspections and when broken fans, appliances and yes even termites are found eating away at the wood, Mirco Tibaldo will say this everytime, "I am very sorry but I am not the owner and the owner does not have any money right now to fix these things, I'm sorry".

Then he gives you a phone number and tells you to call the number but guess what, that phone number never gets answered and you never get to talk to anyone.

Margherita Tibaldo is the daughter of Micro Tibaldo and she represents herself as the Leasing Manager. She always says that she will have to check with the ower and never calls anyone back and yes you got it, she gives out that same umber that no one can reach anyone at and never gets a return phone call. I want to point out that the owner is her DAD but she never tells you that.

They have over 20+ companies that they hide behind and always say that the owner of that company is out of town and the lies and stories are overwhelming.

In the pandemic they raised the rent on nearly every tenant. If any tenant complained, they said that they will need to leave at the end of the month. I am pretty sure, rents could not be raised in the pandemic, let alone threats to kick people out if they did not agree to the rent increase.

Last night, I found out that a guy spoke to the daughter and I called him to find out what they discussed. He said that he had heard about what happened to a tenant living in a mobile home that a family was renting and that he received a call from the lady of the house and she was in tears and upset and said that the lady did not identify herself except that she was increasing the rent another $80.00 per month. The lady said that they could not afford another $80.00 and that they had already increased the rent before.

The lady who was later identified as Margherita Tibaldo, the daughter of the owner, had told the tenant that if she did not agree to the rent increase that she had to be out of the house by August 31st, 2021 and it was already August 20th, 2021. That is not only a violation of the tenants rights, but it is also illegal and borderline "Extortion".

The story was confirmed by Margherita Tibaldo to that guy Michael. She said that the tenants lease is up and they are increasing the rent. She can move out or pay the rent. Then she changed her story and said she could lower the increase or give the tenants more time to move but the rent would have to go up for the one month.
