Florida Fine Cars Inc Reviews

  • Mar 29, 2019

I purchased a car from Florida Fine Cars in November 2018 and I've had nothing but problems ever since. The day after I purchased the vehicle, I took the car to the car wash and after this I realized that water was getting into the fog light. I took my car to my local Lincoln dealership thinking I had a warranty issue and they found that there was previous damage done to the vehicle resulting in this issue and wouldn't be covered under a warranty.

I contacted the dealership where I purchased the vehicle asking for a manager and they took my information and never called back. A week later my parking sensors went out so again I thought this was a warranty issue so I went to the dealership again and they found the same issue that the wires were being pinched in the area where the fog light is and due to previous undisclosed damage, it wouldn't be covered under a warranty.

I tried contacting the dealership again and they took down my info this time recognizing me as "the Lincoln guy" and assured me someone would be contacting me.

They never did so in January 2 months after I purchased the vehicle the sales rep sent me an email asking if I was happy with my purchase and I responded to the email stating that I had tried multiple times to contact him and his managers, that they never gave me a call back, and that I was not happy with my purchase.

He sent me a text message at 11PM that night stating a manager would call me in the morning next day. They did in the afternoon and proceeded to tell me that I could've caused the damage and I told them if that were true there would be a Carfax and that all if this information is recorded and as a dealership, they should know this. They told me they might be willing to take back the car and sell me another one but he would have to ask his manager and call me back the next day.

I never received that call back. I tried calling them again asking for the manager and again no luck. I would try every other week to contact the dealership and they would always take down my contact information but nobody would ever return my call after this. I bought the car in Hollywood Florida and I live in the Fort Myers area so I couldn't just pick up and drive 3 hours away and I work 6 days a week on the road so I need my vehicle.

On March 25th 2019 I brought my vehicle into my local Lincoln dealership again this time because my car was losing power and they told me that it was the alternator and this was covered under the factory warranty and everything is fine. They called me on March 28th 2019 and asked me to come to the dealership and that they had very bad news. They showed me upon arrival that the alternator was previously "GLUED" to the vehicles engine and the glue wore off and is no longer supporting the alternator.

I didn't believe them that it was glued and asked to see the vehicle where they let me record on my phone what their findings were at the Lincoln dealership. They also found more undisclosed damage that they came to the conclusion that to be able to repair the vehicle they had to have body work and a new engine put in.

I was shaken by these findings and immediately called the dealership where I bought the vehicle and this time, I spoke to a woman named Ana who said she wanted to help me and that she heard of all of the issues I've had and wouldn’t treat me like I've been treated thus far. I sent her the order that Lincoln wrote up for me showing her all of the damage that was done before they sold me the car and she told me she would send this to the COO of her company.

She called me back within 15 minutes of me sending her this and told me that she feels bad but there is nothing she can do for me and wishes me the "best of luck". I now have an undrivable vehicle that I have a large car payment on that is a Lemon!

Beware. Beware beware beware. Please share with everyone you know. Florida fine cars lies on car fax reports and steal. Recently a relative purchased a car there. Even before they got it home it had problems. They took it right back and they found out it had bad transmission problems. For days they have been trying to get their money back from the down payment and can’t get it back. Don’t trust anyone there. Don’t trust the sales manager, the general sales manager or even the girls that answer the phone. They all lie. Read the reports on yelp, better business bureau and here in rip off report. They are thieves. Please share this and post about them. They another reason why buying a car today isn’t a fun experience. They have been accused many times of lying on car fax reports and stealing. So don’t do business with these people!

If you want to buy a used car, I recommend you to go different dealership. This place is a scam and lying about every word they said. Especially the sale man Jordan just want to get his commission and dont want to help you with anything to give you a good price and he is not professional at all. I found out my windshield wiper is broken 2 days after purchased the car and I called Jordan to tell him about it. He told me to go to target to get a new one and dont come to Florida Fine Car because we charge you more than that. Are they suppose to give me a new one since the car just purchased for 2 days and I will not find out it broken if it not raining!!

Also dont listen to the finance guy about buying the warranty service. He will say that you need to buy the warranty service in order to get the loan approved from the bank. I called and the bank told me that it not true and the bank never required anyone to purchase warranty in order to get the rate approve. It based on your credit not the warranty.. So think carefully before you come to buy a car at this place, especially first time car buyer. I forget to mention that I almost got a ticket due to my temporary license plate expired, this is the first dealership that took almost 2 month to get the license plate...My car sticker price is a out $16000 but the final invoice come out about $21000 so there is no dealer fee but many hidden fee I didnt know until jnvoife comee out..They will put you in a trap if you are first time car buyer.. Dont be another victim !!
