If anyone I know own's a business and considering using a service called flok -DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - My business gave it a twirl last year for $228 yearly subscription. It wasn't for us. Yesterday they billed me for ANOTHER year without any notice - I gave them a ring said I never used the service the previous year, I don't need it another year and I didn't sign up for auto-renewal so I wanted to make sure the service was canceled and the charge reversed. Keep in mind they don't communicate pending renewals, don't send emails and have nothing on your account that states they have auto-renewal accounts and they also have a 14 day money back refund to cancel subscriptions. The rep told me they don't refund payments and I needed to cancel the service "before" it was renewed. I had to actually dispute the charge with Capital One to get the money returned.
I tried their free trial, after it was up I elected to go with a 3 month plan. I paid $150 for three months of service without realizing they were going to be doing an automatic renewal. I was under the impression I would be able to stop using the service by not paying for the next 3 months.
My business had some unexpected occurances and had to seize operations. I had zero use for their services and hadn't even logged in for weeks. When I attempted to pay for something my card was declined, I looked and saw they charged me $150 again!
By the time I realized this some time went by, when I reached out to explain and ask for a refund they refused!
I've even done a news story with NewsWeek for them and garnered them tons of great press online, only to have them take my $150 for a service I no longer needed or even used.
Watch out for this company, they show zero compassion or understanding, they will take your money and never let it go.
