On November 21,2017 I ordered 2 of their dog beds, just paid 4.95 each for shipping. They have taken their payment off my credit card, but I have not received the dogbeds. There is not contact email or phone number listed.When I check order status it says still processing.

Placed an order on November 24, 2017. Never received item. When I contacted them via chat (the only way) they told me their last shipment had been damaged so they were waiting for the new batch and that my order was in que to be sent. I waited a little longer with no movement. Contacted again and asked for a refund. Got an email same day saying it was refunded. ~ January 2, 2018 still waiting for "refund" to hit my card. I have sent several "status check" emails with no response, and now nobody is even answering the chat option. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY"!

In the beginning of November sometime I saw an ad to get a free dog bed just pay expedited shipping 6 to 9 days it said. I got the conformation email. I know I did because I showed it to my husband. I order a lot so yes for a while I forgot I had ordered it. When I remembered I went and searched for the email but it was gone..... So I went to the website.... The person was so flipping rude it isnt funny. Told me to calm down it wasnt that serious. I didnt have an attitude I just said I had just read all these bad reviews on the internet. Anyway the person on there was not helpful at all but did take a screenshot which gave me the email address on file. They took the first letter off of my email addresss,(If I would have made a mistake the H would have been capital.

It was lower case so they backspaced and thought I wouldnt notice. I always always double check my information and have never once put the wrong email in. Anyway I ended up getting my order number and email... So then I had to go look up the order to see there was never any tracking put in. It had just said completed. I never recieved a product how was it completed? So then I had to go back to chat, because I guess the customer service person couldnt give me the information I said well since I never got a product and there was never any tracking can I got a refund. My order right now says refunded. That is funny because my bank account hasnt seen the money and it was refunded on December 3rd, 2017. I didnt know it takes a month to get a refund. So they are scammers. They are getting all these free 5 dollars because if you dont notice that email disappears and just forget you lose that money.

I ordered 3 dog beds on Nov. 21,2017. It is now Dec 31, and I still haven't received my order. They took my money, that night. The receipt says 6 to 10 days for shipping. I have sent several emails, and got no response. There chatting system is a joke. They don't give a straight answer, and are not helpful. This company offers several pets items, for the cost of shipping only. I have ordered stuff from other companies, with the same concept. I always received my product. This is an add you get on facebook.

Ordered a dogbed on 11/22/17 on an online sale. Order now says completed. They took my money on 11/23/17. Never received any email cancelling order and refuding money due to backstocked or that order had shipped. Chat only option online custom service person tey have confirmation itwas received at my address. This isn't true. When I asked to send me the confirmation they refused stating Privacy laws. The chat lady is rude and made it appear my fault.

Ordered dog bed 10/31/17. Never received. Contacted company said I should receive on 11/28/17 still no bed then got in contact again should have middle of December. Still no bed and now they are off line will not answer my messages

On nov 22 was charged for the product - 1 dog bed - however have not received a confirmation email or any correspondence from them. went on the site to try to contact them for the tracking info and nothing on the chat was ever answered after days...then i sent an email under the contact us page and still no answer. there is no phone number to contact them so you can only contact my email...very aggrivating. will be filing a complaint with my bank in the morning.

On Oct 22, 2017 ordered two dog beds from flip the trend. Contacted company via chat was told order had been received and would ship soon. Contacted company via email, Was told items were damaged during transit to them and there was a delay in shipment. Third contact via chat on Dec 15th 2017 was told my order would indeed ship in a few days. It is now Dec 23rd. 2017 and still no delivery.

Found Flip the trend on Facebook... I placed two separate orders on November 18, 2017. I didn’t receive a confirmation email from them, so thinking that maybe my orders just didn’t go through a week or so later (December 6, 2017) I placed another order. This time I received a confirmation email from them. My husband asked me what else I had ordered from them... and I asked him "what do you mean? My other orders never went through!” Well he showed me on our bank statement where they took the money. So at this point I decided I needed to contact them. I’ve tried contacting them for weeks, there is no phone numbers to call, only a email address. So I have send countless emails and have heard NOTHING from them. I have yet to receive any of the products I’ve ordered, yet they got my money! I’m sick to my stomach over this! I foster dogs... I ordered dog beds for foster dogs, I thought wow I can give these babies a nice bed and not break the bank since this is coming out of my pocket, and I got ripped off... the nerve of some people!

I chatted live with someone online in Nov 24,2017 and they said my order will be shipped out By the end of Nov well I haven't heard a thing .. they did take my money from my account on Oct 24,2017 .. No one has bothered to contact me on what is going on.. There is no contact number to call them .. Everytime I go online to see if someone is on chat no one is ever there.. I think they are ripping people off. My friend had ordered the same item to on the same day and has not heard athing either.. never got my item

never recieved my order no one is responding to my emails there is no contact number.. No one is never on chat to find out where my order is

I ordered 2 dog beds. 1 on November 18, 2017 and 1 on November 19, 2017. I've ordered things off of Facebook from different sites and never had any issues til this so called company. They said I'd have my items within 6-9 days. Today is December 11, 2017 and I still haven't received the dog beds. I've sent them 7 emails and they haven't responded and they claim they'll respond within 48 hours. The number they have listed is no longer in service. They have blocked me from their Facebook page so I can't contact them that way. So many people are getting scammed from this so called company. They should not be able to get away with this. Something needs to be done.

I ordered and paid the shipping fee for 2 orders, one on 10-23-17 and one on 11-3-17.

The first time I emailed them, I got a response that I would have my products by 11-27-17 and if not I could get a refund no questions asked.

It is now 12-11-17 and I have not received any product, any refund, or any more response from the company. I emailed them almost daily....and nothing!!

I did a report with the BBB, but haven't heard any response from that either.

Ordered my "free dog bed" on 11/25/17 and paid shipping on my credit card. Haven't received my order and no one from this company has responded to my inquiries. Their website shows my order as "completed".

Flip the trend offered dog bed to benefit a rescue and just pay to ship. i ordered 14 and then when they didn't come in the 2 days shipping that was promised they said they were on back order and would be here nov. today is dec 7 and still no beds. the site says 24 hr customer service and chat no one on chat and no emails have been answered. No phone number to call either.

I seen their advertisements on Facebook. They were giving free dog beds & all I had to pay was the sh/h of $4.95 for each dog bed. But before I purchased the beds they had a phn# listed, so I clld them. I wanted to knw how many beds I was able to buy, she told me 14 beds. So I ordered 3. After 5 day's I was wondering if my order had been shipped, so I tracked my order & went to chat on the website. Well a msg appeared on the acc saying tht they were offline for the moment & to leave a msg in the form if an email, which I did but after 24hrs, as stated, I still hadn't heard frm them. So yesterday I did the same thing & today as well. I chkd my credit card activity & its shown tht they drafted my card on Nov 24th 2017 the same day I placed the order. I came across someone else's issue's tht they're having with this website, plus a few other's as well & I decided to file a complaint as well.

Im also planning to file another complaint with the BBB & any/all other online social media outlets warning ppl not to order frm this fraudulent website comp. And if they too has fallen for this scam & now are victim's, to file complaints everywhere they possible can. Im on a fixed income, so my $$ is limited & $14.95 may not seem like a lot, but to me it is. So I have asked my credit card comp to review my complaint & to reissue my $ back on2 my card. So they're going to investigate this issue as well. I just have to be more wise when ordering online & if it's too good to be true, then most likely its not right!

On Nov 1, 2017 I ordered two of the dog beds they advertised only pay shipping for 3.99 each. It's now Dec 6th and still no order yet. I contacted them through live chat and was told due to high demand and their order coming in damaged I would have them by Dec 3rd. I then tried to email them after live chat kept saying offline, and no reply. I emailed them again Dec 5th and today still no answer. I want my product and a refund for all the bullcrap I've dealt with. This company is a ripoff and needs to be shut down or caught up with and locked up for theft!!!

I placed an order on nov 2, 2017 for a dog bed with a 6-9 day delivery. After 2 weeks without the dog bed, i chatted and emailed and was told item was damaged and sent back to manufacturer and that i would receive item on dec 1 and it would not be any later. When i asked if they had the tracking number, i was told yes, but they would not provide it. It is now dec 2 and i still do not have item. Order status states completed, which means, according to their website, that item is ready to be shipped and when shipped would provide a tracking number. So according to this, item has still not shipped. I googled the company and saw several Yscam. The reports had the same scenario as mine. I have contacted my credit card company. I sent another email to the company today, dec 2.

I ORDERED TWO DOG BEDS FROM THIS WEBSITE IT WAS LISTED ON FACEBOOK. NEVER GOT THE BEDS NEVER GOT A REFUND. ALL OF A SUDDEN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST. WHEN I GOOGLE THE BUSINESS LOCATION IT'S IN CHICAGO AND THE BUSINESS DOES NOT ACTUALLY EXIST. NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS. WHO EVER THIS IS NEEDS TO BE PUT IN JAIL. I WOULD LOVE TO PRESS CHARGES

I placed an order for 4 dog beds on October 28th 2017, received the reciept via email and have yet to receive.

I have tried several ties to contact them via the chat option on their website with no luck.

I have also received many emails that were part of a mass emailing (to other scammed buyers) regarding this same type of order. Some of them received either a partial or full refund.

I never actually received the original email these people re responding to, somehow, my nae was part of the mass email though.

Their website does NOT supply a wat to call by phone, just a chat option that they are ignoring, and a address to mail through USPS.
