I booked air ticket using flight network website, I paid extra for the ticket for extra luggage and they confirmed extra luggage on an email. but when i checked directly with airlines, there was no extra luggage.
& there is no customer service response, i am trying to contact them VIA live chat and support number.

NO RESPONSE.
ON september 20 I contacted flight network about an airline ticket fare for my 12 years old daughter from
africa to the u.s. because I was concern about my daughter flying alone before booking the flight.
flight network prompted me to book the flight for the 23th of october,they told me that everything
will been included for my daughter protection. five days later, I call back to get the E-tickets print out
I was told by, MR ROBERT, that my daughter will not be able travel because she is a minor.
I told them that before booking this flight I told your about her age was 12, and they told my
to book the flight. I requested a refund and they refuse. I need my money back please thanks.
