Would like to talk about my booking experience with Flighthub. I booked early Nov 24th. my doctor changed my appointment so I called back a later to fly out earlier. They charged me for the change to

rebook.

Charges to my credit card Nov 24 Flight Hub 30.95, Pacific coastal $124(possibly to change flight) Flight Hub $30.95, Pacific Coastal $216.11, Pacific Coastal $267.12 (I see that Pacific Coastal charges for flight hub reservations)

Over the next 20+ days I call flight hub 3 times asking for confirmation to change the flight to Dec 21. At one point I call Pacific Coastal and they could see the change request. The Pacific Coastal rep said they can not change Flighthub reservation even though Pacific Coastal charges me direct. Pacific Coastal also told me they were waiving all cancelation fee's, told flight hub this and they would not reimburse me the charges. Each time I called flighthub they would not give change confirmation and said it was in processing.

Called Dec 17, 9:30am because they emailed me for immediate action to call them. Waited on the phone for 1 hr 40 min. For them to tell me they can’t change the flight and if I cancel there is no refund. If I

cancel all flights you don’t see your refund for 15 weeks.

Called Pacific Coastal direct. Booked a flight Dec 21 that flight hud said there were no available seats. Had a choice of two departures same day. flight booking UVC6, leaves Williams lake 3:40 arrives

Flight hud is extremely unorganized and I feel this system coordinated between flighthub and the airline is scamming me. Just found out the federal government fine flight hub cooperate officers 5 mil + for doing this same thing. I guess it pays I have requested Flight hub to cancel flight TH5XF5 Dec 23, 2021, now

that Pacific Coastal has charged me directly for the flights I am requesting pacific Coastal to reimburse me the 124 flight change charge and the $216.11 for the Dec 23 flight cancelation

These clowns dont seem to know what they are even doing . When you attempt to call them they keep passing the buck to the next agent with nothing being done. This service should be shut down for their lack of service and their shoddy practices.

I recommend all travelers to steer clear of this joke of a company . They will take your money and screw you over any chance they get. Book with the airlines they will help you. There is no need for these so called low cost flight booking agents. Complete SCAM and waste of everyones time. Time to SHUT THEM DOWN!

I have a $2,042.00 credit with flighthub due to a cancellation of 2 United Airlines tickets. Flight hub charged me a $300.00 cancellation fee at that time. Today I called United directly to find out what their going rate is for the same flight and destination as before. United’s price was $1,033.00 round trip for 2 tickets. When I called flight hub for the same flights etc. the price was my $2,042.00 credit plus another $290.00 per person, making the total $2,622.00. That’s nearly $1,600.00 more than what United wanted for the exact same tickets. I’ve tried to call but no one can explain the outrageous price difference or their supervisor just hangs up.

I tried to book flights with MyFlightHub.com. My credit card kept being declined so I called and the agent on phone. She told me they could not help me and that I need to call the airline directly to book my flight and provided a phone number

I called the airline and 30 min later I had my tickets paid for. 15 hours after I booked my flights, I received and e-mail telling me my reservation was being processed by MyFlightHub. I called within 24 hrs of receiving the email and asked them to cancel and return my money since I followed their advice and went to the airline to book my flights

They refused to cancel their unauthorized reservation, they also charged 430 dollars more than the flight price quoted and refused to honor the 24 hrs free cancellation claim on their site

I have spent over 30 hrs on the phone and every time I talk to them they keep increasing they abusive fees. Last time I called they were willing to refund part of my money since they cancellation fees just increased to 1100 dollars.

Completely unethical, unfriendly company that scams customers. They probably make more money from their outrageous fees than from legitimately selling flights

A company that needs to be taken out of their scamming fraudulent business they practice to protect the public

They stole 4311.96 dollars from me and they refuse to return my money

End of May,2017, I Booked airplane ticket through flighthub Beijing - Qingdao - Beijing two weeks before the fight. When checking in the Beijing airport I found the ticket was invalid. but yes got conformation number ticket number all looked good as it can be but the authority stopped me telling me my ticket is bad, only the name ok. so the end of the story. I was in Beijing airport totally stressed out and in shock yet nobody to help me.. The Chinese were a bit of a help insisting to call the flighthub to correct it but, The flighthub even did not answer the calls, never answered to my emails till today. When came back to Canada so I called them, they told me they did not know anything about it and they can not do anything about it....... so I lost $720.00. yet got loaded with a lot of stress.

This is exactly what happen to me.

I booked a very important, international trip with flight hub.. 4 hours later I get an email saying its been cancelled.. I called them and they claimed my card didn't work (it showed on my account, the charge AND the refund) "all of a sudden" the price jumped $600!!!!! And they wanted me to give them a new card number. SCAM ARTISTS!! RUN AWAY

FLGHT HUB SCAMMED ME

On Aprl 28th booked a flght through flight hub to fly out in May Immedatly canceled becuase i saw a cheaper date on a later date so called Flghthub and they advised me to stay on the line so that an agent can cancel my existng ticket and book the ticket i wanted, they had told me there was a $75.00 Fee to cancel and i told them f that was the case to forget t and to just keep my current ticket, Flght hub then ended up chargng me for flghts when i only took one. They use a call centre in phillpines and the agents purposely scam you to makwe comission i tred to get refund and they now tell me cant because i did not agree to the 75 cancelaton fee when n fact told them to just forget t and would keep frst frst ORGNAL flght and not to proceed with any addtional flght, am 1 person dont need 2 flghts ! did not deserve to be charged twice, the agenct should have known to cancel ths and not key n 2 flghts its a SCAM

I purchased a flight for myself and my daughter in APRIL 2015. I double checked with the agent regarding pricing 3 or 4 times before confirming and we went over the other details several times, i.e. Spelling of names. The agent told me she would email me the confirmation within a few minutes but to call in the morning if I didn't receive it. I didn't receive it so I called the next morning and she has misspelled my email address. The other agent kindly forwarded me the confirmation. When I saw the confirmation I immediately was on the phone. They had overcharged me more than $350!!!! While on the phone regarding this issue I realized they also spelled my daughter's name wrong. I brought this up in the phone call in April. In a subsequent call in May I was told that my date of birth is also incorrect. I have been on the phone more than 30 times with Flighthub agents over the past 5 months and nothing has been resolved. I was assured twice that a cheque had been mailed out but to date I have received nothing. I was assured that there would my be an issue with my daughter's name or my date of birth but have since followed up with the airlines directly and they assure me there will be an issue and that Flighthub is required to fix it. My trip is now less than 3 months away. I have been saving for this trip for over a year and now may not even get to take it. I have spent hours on the phone with probably every agent that works there and still there is no resolution. I honestly do not recommend this company. It is all around disappointing and frustrating. This company will get to keep my money and I will end up losing my trip.

Needed to change the date on 2 international return flight tickets booked many months in advance, I was told by an agent that I had to cancel and pay a cancellation fee of $300. I paid these addition fees in good faith over the phone and was told the original transaction would be refunded to my visa card within in 6 weeks. After 6 weeks had passed, I was told it was going to be 8 weeks. After 8 weeks passed I was told that they had already refunded my money on the date of cancellation and to check with my bank. They could not produce any proof of a refund and the then they requested 3 months of bank statements from me. I was told after another 3 long phone calls that they didn't actually refund my money but they would refund it in another 10 days. After 10 days was told they would refund my money after another 15days. Still no refund. I now see they have been scamming many others like this as well and there is even a report on CBC national television about their delinquency. I'm not sure why the Canadian Authorities are not taking action to protect consumers. If I operated our company like this, I would expect to be rightfully shut down and face prosecution within a matter of days.
