I told him I wanted my money back and never steel from me again. I didn't get the money back and I had to get a new card, some how this needs to be stopped.
We had the same problem. We were also billed $8.73 each month from a different name of fraudulent companies we never heard of. We also had to change our credit card to stop the billing. Then u have to notify all your auto- billing w the new card. It is a hassle but there should be an easier way to stop others from stealing your money from your credit card.

After researching the name I found it belonged to some type of health benefit plan that I did not recognize nor request. I am already insured through work and have no need of this alternative plan. I have worked in healthcare for decades and have never heard of this plan. When I tried to submit an online complaint the site would not allow me to send it. I ended up reporting this as fraud to my credit card company and having to cancel my card. I have no clue how they got access to my account.

They don't even deserve a rating. I gave them a 1 because I was able to speak with a representative of "Sociality" that the number on the charge in my checking account listed. 888-922-3539. She said when I bought some makeup from Nouveau online I was automatically enrolled the Flexfit (vision/dental/drug coverage) plan. She said she would cancel the Flexfit. I'm supposed to receive an email within a week to verify the cancellation. If not, I'll call back.
During a review of our creditcard statements for the last 6 months my wife noticed a charge that was small but no receipts and no memory of ordering anything from this company. We found that so far for the last 4 months we've been being billed by different name on the CC statements for small amounts.
i attempted to contact the phone numbers listed on the statements, some good and some disconnected. The ones that connected were to a voice recording advising me of 4 options 1 & 2 for their referal services, 3 a representative and 4 to cancel. I oppted for #3 five times with amessage to call me and the reply that "a representative would contact me memontarily". I waited and no one called on any of the numbers I called, so I opted for #4 to cancel and got the same response that someone would contact me momentarily and that I could not cancel by phone message, only speaking to a representative would cnacel the plan.
I tried their web page, but it is limited information only. I googled the coompany, Flexifits, and fould many people have complained. How we got the problem was an order for something my wife ordered on line. Somehow while ordering the CC information was given to this Flexefits company and they setup an account.
I've challengined the billing with my CC company. They advised that they could not block a company legally from charging me. My options are to cancel my card and get a new one, we have many auto pays setup already.
I'd appreciate if someone from your BBB in New Jersey would let me know if your going to do or are doing something about this SCAM.

Is ither any recourse to get my money back? I'm 86 and cannot afford this kind of rip off. I think it may have got my info from trying makeup at a company called Bonnie Vie Solutions. Because "it" started appearing right after I tried it for only the shipping charges.
